Well, not sure if this ones been posted yet, but I signed up and it's pretty painless. supposedly $.50/hr, unlimited hours...
Nice thing is that the Stats part of the website is updated on the fly, not like the others where you have to wait two or three hours to find out if your getting your surfing time counted.
