I am seeing a request for parental consent AGAIN on my son's account xxx-xxxx. This consent form was signed, faxed and mailed in 8 months ago. It took 2 months of replying to your customer Noservice's canned email replies to get it strightened out ( I have copies of the emails if you don't ).
I have been reading and partaking in forums of Pay to Surf industries. It has been stated that your company is in a world of hurt, raising minimums, loosing referals, and becomming one of the lowest customer satisfaction ratings in the industry.
It looks as if your company is going to great measures to find ways to either piss off it's customers, or extend payment schedules. You have accomplished both in this case.
If you canot personaly attend and resolve this situation in a timely matter, please save us both some greif and delete this account.
