The American holiday that celebrates things like Jose Cuervo and Corona- designed to sell more alcohol. For the Mexicans, it is just a victory in one battle- not their Independence day. http://www.mexonline.com/cinco.htm I have to work until 9:00 so I won't have any pics of this year,s action. Actually this pic isn't from Cinco de Mayo either, but was taken at the Del Mar (now San Diego County) Fair. I only had time to take one picture before the dancers were finished.

That's what I thought Airencracken. Why the fuss about a fifth (as like a fifth of whiskey) of mayonaise? No wonder the Mexicans don't get excited about it. Most don't like mayonaise. Rather have salsa! By the way, Helmans is sold under the label Best Foods out here.

Meh, just a quick google image search and requisite MSpaintchop. :D Didn't care about the brand. :D I don't like mayo either. Yick. Rather have mustard.
