This guy hangs out in Downtown San Diego- usually on Fifth. He will stand completely still until someone puts money in his can then he will start to dance or strikes a pose.

they've got a guy like that in Santa Monica too. The paint smells funny. Or maybe it's just the guy that smells funny. :shrug:

seriously though, both the composition and quality of the photo is terrible.
Too many distracting subjects, the depth of field is not narrow enough

also a lil grainy too, if the pic was compressed a lil and cropped right it would be alot better
