OAKLEY THUMP™ is the world's first digital music eyewear, and comes in a 128 MB version and a 256 MB version with flip-up polarized lenses.

Anyone own these sunglasses or know someone who does? They came out last year, and they look like a nice escape from the dangling wires of headphones/earbuds.

I'm just wondering what the sound quality is really like.

I've seen a couple of BMX riders who wear them while training, but I don't have any experience with them.

As much as I'd like to naysay and say "these are/look stupid", I have heard great things about these.

I met a guy skiing who was wearing them and he was raving about it... these aren't your "walk around the mall" sunglasses, but rather if you do any outdoor activities like bicycling, skiing, woodchopping, hog-wrangling, etc. I think they'd be great.

Not as cool as the swimming goggles from Finis, I keep trying to get a review sample but thye are stingy. Bone induction is cool!

I've been told by a friend who uses it regularly that it's not as loud as he hoped. For example it's no good in a loud area with lots of background noise.

i trieed em, the sounds is pretty good, they are ery light, the buttons are extrememly small, and the price tag is extrememly high. 256mb doesn't really go a long way

Fugly and not as versatile as a shuffle, etc.
