This is traditional network business of banner advertisement;
You'll get 0,5$ for every hour, which CywellBar is
opened on Your screen. Limit is 40 hours a month, so 20$, but it is only
a beginning! Those people "referrals-your directions", who were got by
you, and You noted them in Your ID during the first registration, also
will get 0,5$ for every hour, when CywellBar is opened on the sereens of
their monitors. As for this, there will be 10 cents on Your own account
for their every user-hour, and their is no condition for Your screen to be
opened or not(CywellBar), if you had already worked out these hours. If
Your "referrals signed somebody else, in this case, those "referrals" will
form the 3rd level-members make themselves, owing to signs, the 4th level,
the 4th make 5th and so on... From all the levels there are 3 cents for
You for every hour work in Internet, having CywellBar on monitor's screen
(in position "on").

If Russia can't pay their own army, how can they pay us for surfing the web?

This is different. They just get advertisers to pay us...they also get a bit of credit for themselves.

Paying the army is a different story...it's not advertisement supported. Imagine if they're was a get paid to surf for the army?
