So I like that WMP usually gets all of the album/song info automatically. But my new Dave Matthews Band CD Stand Up is not being recognized. I have the CD side in there (it's a DualDisc). Is there a way to tell WMP to go get the CD info? Right now it just says "unknown album." I don't want to rip it to my HD without the album and track names. That bugs. Thanks.

Does it play the CD? Maybe it just doesn't have the information on file or the disc lacks the information WMP needs.

most players have that "feature". winamp automatically goes to a CDDB on the net to grab cd info.

it appears that it's not in the database. I can't find it no matter what search terms I use.

Yes, it plays fine, but I want to rip it to my HD.

it recognizes it today. they must have been late in updating the DB.

Even if it is not in their data base you should still be able to rip it.

You can have WMP or iTunes go get the track names later, if it isn't avaliable or you dont have a net connection at the time.
