In general cutting off a bus can be very bad for your health.

It's clear and simple:

Car suddenly cuts off bus, but doesn't gain speed enough to clear bus path. Bus swerves to pass car and loses control. Bus crashes and car runs away.

All witnessed by a cop who's on the speed radar.

thats Turkish, not Russian. the cop called it in.

drivers in Turkey are insane. and their cars usually have small engines that make for slow acceleration. that's a bad combo when you're trying to outrun a bus going down hill.
