I didn't think Blade III was all that bad. It was way better than Blade II.

And there were some pretty bad movies already mentioned. Most recent stinker I can think of is The Day After Tomorrow. Wow was that bad. Rule of thumb...movies about weather will always suck!

I wasn't so pleased with the Sci Fi version...the painted desert backgrounds didn't really fool me or anyone over Billy Age 8.

Battlefield Earth and End of Days exist to prove that Ishtar was actually a great movie. Oh, and so was Spies Like Us. But I have to say, the worst movie I have seen in the last five years is definitely The Hulk. Killer poodle? Come on!?!!

To my knowledge there are two distinct versions of the "original" film. The theaterical release, which is the one you see most often and was the first one released on DVD. The Extended version, also known as the 3hr or 4 hr version (because commercials push it to the 4 hr mark when shown on tv), or the Allen Smithee version, which adds a bunch of things such as the creation of the water of life, a longer introduction, and several other extra added scenes.

There was supposed to be a Dune special collectors edition released on May 10, 2005 in a metal tin with both the original and extended versions of the film. In fact, I was looking for it the past week and annoyed by the fact that I couldnt find it. I just found out that the DVD has been delayed. Several reasons have been given, as well as some silence. According to some reports, the DVD was delayed due to David Lynch deciding to come aboard the project. This would mean that a true directors cut would be created as he refused to work on the so called Allen Smithee version as he felt it hurt the film.

FYI, the extended version had been available on LD and VHS previously.

FYI, Poodles are more dangerous than Dobermans, German Shepards, and many other species of dog. There teeth are sharper and unlike other dogs, which will repeatedly attack the same area, poodles change the way they attack all the time.

In fact, during a dog attack training session, they had a sheperd and doberman go after this guy. Each time, he was able to fend off the attack without any difficulty. The dogs went for his arms and legs depending on the species. A poodle was brought in in a continential cut (this is the name for the cut where the dog has its rear shaved, has its legs shaved with the exception of anklets, has its neck shaved, and most of its tail shaved except for the pom-pom). The crowd busted out laughing thinking what the heck is a fru-fru dog like a poodle going to do. The poodle was released and immediately went after the guy. The poodle went after the guys chest, head, arms, legs, and started intentionally going for the seams of the suit. The guy was actually in so much danger that he called out for the dogs handler to call him off.

They are hunting dogs and exceedingly intelligent. You shouldnt under estimate the dog because of the owner giving it a stupid haircut. The different cuts actually developed from hunting. The continental for example was meant to keep the dogs heart and lungs warm as well as its head, joints, and paws. By having the rest of the dog shaved, it was able to better manuever in the water and not get caught in the underbrush.

Years ago, I was bitten by one when I was doing a neighbor a favor by letting out their dog. I hated that dog.

In fact, I really didnt like any poodles and was surprised when my family was given one by a friend who happens to be a breeder. We now have two and trust me, you dont want to get near either of them if they dont know you. They will take you down and fast. We have had to post warning signs and even have to muzzle/lock up one of them when people are around.

I used to make fun of them too, but my mother and her friend showed me a whole bunch of footage and articles regarding the poodle and its history.
