Last night my brother and I pulled off i70 and saw the sign American in 19.95 and up... Well I was so tired when he charged 39.90 for two I didnt care, i just wanted a bed and a shower. Don't even accept AAA discounts. I thought it was a mistake when I heard the Barmitzva going on in the ballroom, if it could be called a ballroom, with wood paneling all over. Anyway the fire detector had a bag over it. The shower couldn't stay hot, and the furniture was crappy. The breakfast was a joke, 6 day old coffee and 1 kind of doughnut that i didnt even trust to eat.

Anyway I should have driven to the Super 6 just across the highway.

DO NOT STAY AT THE AMERICAN INN.

Don't stay at Econolodge or any hotels from Choice Hotels. I'm steal dealing with them right now. They charged me for the two nights i booked. When they said they would refund me because their rooms where dirty and appliances weren't working. Heck one of them had a smoke alarm ripped out of their wall. Isn't that illegal? Anyway, no refund, wrote a complaint to their corporate office and sent a copy to the manager at the Econolodge...man i'm pissed off right now.
