Got my new Altima!

Whoo hoo!

Got my new Altima Saturday. Finally found exactly what I wanted, in a color I liked. 2.5S, Convenience package, Side Airbags and ABS.

MSRP was 23030, Invoice was 21359. Got it for 20859 - 1500 rebate + taxes and fees. Overall, a pretty good price I thought.

Now I need to go and get the windows tinted on it, and most importantly, get an XM Radio in the thing! :)

Congrats and hopefully you will get good service from Nissan. Nissan service is one of the worst in the auto industries.

I've never owned a nissan but in my experience service varies from dealer to dealer. It's just a matter of finding the right dealer.

I'll tend to agree with this. I asked around, and the Nissan dealer here is acceptable. Nothing stellar, but nothing bad either. On the other hand, the Chrysler dealer is horrible! (I owned a Jeep before). I was taking my Jeep for service to a town 25 miles away because it was so bad. Another nice thing is that I have about 7 Nissan dealers withing an hour drive, so if this one turns bad, I have other options most of the time.

So the big question is: sunroof or no sunroof? It doesn't look like it has one in the pic, but I can't tell for sure.

No Sunroof. Kind of came down to partly what was available. With the packages I wanted, only 2 were available without sunroof, and none with it.

No regrets for that though. I still love the car! :)
