Suggestions on Digi Cams

just got my fed refund back and summer is on its way so im looking for a new digital camera.

budget is in the 200-250 range w/o memory

Other than suggesting at least 4mps for quality, decide what freatures are important to you. Steve's Digicams has some recommendations and reviews: http://www.steves-digicams.com/best_cameras.html Another excellent resource is www.dpreview.com . Probably Nikon, Canon, and Olympus will be among the best. You will want a larger memory card than what usually comes with the camera and an extra battery is a good idea too. Have fun with it!
