It all started when I accidently touched some keys on the keyboard, and everytime I start a new page or open a document an inverted "P" comes out where the cursor should be. It looks exactly as an icon next to Paragraph if you pull down Format. How could I disable or remove this mistake? :stupid:

I would venture that you either have the "Show All" button on by default, or a messed up normal.dot file. The state of the "Show All" button persists between exiting and restarting Word, so that's the most likely cause (and the blank page at startup appears as you describe - as a test, type some spaces and see if dots appear on the page). To fix a bad normal.dot, you can just search on that file name and delete it. A new default normal.dot will be created the next time you start Word.
