How many refs does it take? Also I'm surprised they are doing this with no word yet on how much it will cost.

if the #2 person doesn't respond to my email within 2 days then they shall be taken out and the #3 person shall be bumped up

i do this because i want this to be a fast moving conga and it shouldn't be slowed down because of emails

no sry, like 5 people have already asked me that and if i let one in they would all want to and it would make the conga really slow, which i don't want AT ALL
