I have a brand new retail Thermalright XP-90 with fan and thermal paste for sale. It's for Intel Pentium 4 and AMD K8 Athlon 64 CPU. This heatsink receives lots of positive feedbacks from users and if you want to overclock, this is one of the weapon you cannot miss. Even if you don't plan to overclock, this heatsink runs cooler and quieter than stock AMD heatsink so it makes a perfect upgrade regarding which path you choose. The retail is $44.95 + tax/shipping and I will sell it for $37 shipped. The reason for selling is that this heatsink doesn't fit my MSI K8n Neo4 motherboard. :(
