Suggestion for a ATI PCI express card

I am thinking of getting the ATI X700 PCI express card... IS that a good one?? I cant afford the X800.. THe ATI X700 PCI express with 128mb card runs for around $120...

under $300... best bang for the buck higher end card now... prices should be dropping with the newer cards coming out.... seen these as low as $250 already..... blah blah balh.
