Yup, same news from awhile ago, just finally set in stone that he is getting suspended. I beleive it has nothign to do with the wizzinator, but failing to take a drug test. If I remember he missed a drug test, and his reason didn't fly, so it counted as a failed test.

I think the ban also pertains to paraphenalia (sp?).

Nope, he was already a violater so he was in the drug testing program. They would of tested him but he missed the scheduled test, ala failed test, which equals suspension.
