Firefox Troubles

For some reason, Firefox (1.03 and 1.04) will not recognize that I have Windows Media Player 10 installed, so when I go to a site that has an inline video, it says "click here to download plugin" (and when I do that, it can't find a suitable plugin to download).

I think they're embedded .wmv files or something.

I've also had similar problems with embedded Quicktime files (using QT 6.5).

(This even happened after a fresh reformat)

I too have the problem with FF1.04 and QT plug-in (quicktime alternative).
