View Full Version : Recording PC screen footage?

I'm looking to record some footage of my screen on my PC for a game. Something that will capture the screen into a video file of any size.

Has anyone ever come across this? I'm not sure what key words to even search for. :confused:

I believe the name of the Software is FRAPS.. You can get it in a trial package.. that puts a watermark on it.. but I think its fairly cheap to register it and get rid of the watermark...

Like Thesifer mentioned, you probably want to grab FRAPS :)

Camtasia Studio from http://www.techsmith.com will do this too - kinda pricey, tho ($299).
