Depends on what day you leave. Do you want a package deal with hotel?
Future FYI, its cheaper in the winter time (tell your girl to move her birthday), I flew from LAX to Honolulu round trip for 283 with tax and everything.
If you pick the right days, you can go Hawaiian Airlines for $400-430 round trip out of LAX to Honolulu, if you do Maui it is a bit more expensive and you have a lay over in Honolulu anyway. They have a reputation for running late alot though, but if you have no where to be, then what the hey.

you might want to try to have a travel agent look for you. if you can be a little flexible on the dates you might be able to get a good package deal.

i heard on the radio the other day, that with afew of the major airlines in bad shape, financially, dont buy any tickets prior to 60 days, and always use your credit card, that way if and when they go out of business you can get your money back.
ie...delta, united, blah blah

I am selling a voucher for round trip tickets to anywhere that delta flies. It expires on 8-20-05 and it you can't fly on delta code share. Interested? Look in the for sale section of the forum. :wavey2:
EDIT: Nevermind, if you can get it for $400 from the airlines directly then don't bother with my voucher.
