I just picked up this one: i.Trek Bluetooth GPS (http://www.semsons.com/iblgpsre16ch.html)
Works perfectly with either my Dell Axim or my Mac. It has 20 hours of battery life (rechargeable lithium ion), comes with both an A/C adapter and car charger, a case, and a free PDA vent mount. $104.99

Holy... that's hot! What software do you use?
I really want to get a GPS, and I don't mind paying around $100 for the hardware, but I'm hesitant to pay a lot of money for software that might, well, suck!

I use Route 66 for my Mac. And, well, it's not great. But that's pretty much all there is.
As for my Axim, I shouldn't say it works perfectly I guess since I haven't used it with actual software, but I was able to pair the device so I'm assuming I won't have any problems with it. I have yet to get some software to use it with, my main use will be geocaching.
I'll let you know what I find.
