Red X's in Outlook Express

I finally added Service Pack 2. After installation, I get red x's for the pictures which are in my InBox, whether I am online or offline.

Is that an ActiveX setting which has to be changed?

EDIT:I fixed it. It was a Security Setting which I had to change.
