Anyone have any idea what I should do for a new one, I am sure Cingular wants a fortune for a new one, and my phone and its service is only 7 months old. It was a Sony, which I liked a bunch. I guess it is time to look what is out there.

Razrs are still over priced.
S710 looks cool, but is pricey as well.

Anyone want to sell an old Cingular or Unlocked GSM phone?

go talk to cingular, sometimes you'll run across some cool people who will give you another one. I bought my phone from costco. I can launch it out of a canon and go get another one with their return policy.

Between me and my friends I think that I have "fixed" like 15 phones with water damage. You can probably get some electronics cleaner and rinse it, let it dry, recharge the battery and it should work. I haven't had one yet that did not work again.

He likes his phone so much when they discontinuied it he bought all the ones he could find in the company. I think that was about 2 years ago, and he cought like 15 of them, well I think he is down to like 5. He also left them on the roof of the car and drove away, dropped them getting into the car and backing up over them. He just is not good with little things.
