It comes with the OEM intel copper-core heat sink and fan.
I would like to get most of what I paid back, so I can get the socket 478 version. $55 (obo) plus shipping. I'll also trade for any socket 478 Celeron D (any speed).
I'll ship early if you are a veteran g|a-er or have good reps. I prefer paypal.

BTW: most of the hardware sites overclock these celeron D's over 3GHz (was my plan too).
