As a person who enjoys hearing foreign music (such as Bjork singing in Icelandic and Loreena McKennitt playing the harp and singing in Irish), I have to agree with Ialsohaveadream. It has to be melodic though, such as this.

hope i'm not bursting any bubbles here, but that's a male's voice. :) and yes they're from iceland. the lead singer also plays his guitar with a violin bow, which lends itself to all kinds of eerie and beautiful music.
