View Full Version : Hosting Companies
Currently, I have my web hosting through http://www.icestorm.com/
However, they have been having a severe drop in uptime for me lately, and it just keeps getting worse.
I am looking to switch, however I don't know who I can really trust as a good provider. I have been with Icestorm for five years, but I need to change.
I also need something very close to the Elite Package, found here (http://www.icestorm.com/webhosting.html).
Said hosting provider must provide at least 10 MySQL Databases, that's a requirement.
Thanks for any help in advance.

Amazing. Remember when the smallest hosting packages were like $49 a month? Now they are CHEAP!
Anyway, I've been with globat.com for about a month, and they don't seem too bad (pretty cheap too). Only complaint is that their site seems to be a bit slow a lot of the time.

Hey Thanks for the Plug :)..
We have a decent number of subscribers now and currently no complaints and any minor issues resolved. Downtime is very minimal also. I also don't have it on my website but there is a money back guarantee if you don't like our service after thirty days.
I spent some time talking with a rep today, and I was very satisfied. The prices are nice as well. Thanks Jenny.

I use Dreamhosting. You can add new databases in the control panel, but I am not sure how many the max is. The disk space and monthly trasfer is just amazing for the price. They host thousands of domains and have been around for a while I was told. The speed is just awsome.
1 FREE domain registration
3 full domains, 15 subdomains
2400 MB Disk, 120 GB Transfer
600 Mailboxes, 75 Shell/FTP Users
$10 a month.
