so first off I suppose I need to change my G|A user name.....

but yeah my husband and I are the proud leasers (leaseas whatever) of a 2005 Honda Pilot EXL....... in black. it's awesome.

Any other fellow Pilot owners out there?

Pilots are nice, but I'm one that thinks that most SUVs/CUVs/whater UVs are all a bit overpriced.

However, congrats :cheers: You have a new car, don't let anyone rain on your parade. I hated it when people started bad mouthing my car just cause they were jealous or something.

What's the milage on that bad boy? I don't know much about the vehicle but I think it's a 4 cylinder wagon isn't it?

Nope. Those come with 3.5L V6. Makes 240hp I believe. It's one honey of an engine.

It makes 245hp (20hp less than its cousin, the Acura MDX).

BTW congrats on your new ride. Did you get the navigation system with your EXL?

Yeah it's real peppY! More so than my 6 banger camaro.

It's an SUV actually. It has that 3rd row fold down seats. Its built similarly to the MDX.

I too, think that SUVs are very overpriced, however we're leasing and we got a killer deal. We're paying less than $300/month. AND, my insurance didn't change AT ALL either for adding a brand new 4X4 vehicle......who woulda thought.

No, we didn't get the navigation system. We got the step below that......leather, moonroof, heated mirrors and seats but now Rear Entertainment System or Navigation. I'd probably never use it anyways.
