Firefox & Windows XP reporting 3 Unread Emails - From where??

I asked on irc and a friend of mine tried to help. But no luck:

[11:04] <Jenny-> Cause it says I have 3 emails
[11:04] <Jenny-> but I use Thunderbird and I have 0 unread atm in my Inbox
[11:05] <Jenny-> same for Windows
[11:05] <Jenny-> when I reboot
[11:05] <Jenny-> and it gets to the login screen, it says 3
[11:05] <friend> is thunderbird your default mail reader?
[11:05] <friend> cuz mine is linked to OE
[11:06] <Jenny-> It is, I believe
[11:06] <Jenny-> it's checked, yes
[11:07] <Jenny-> and if I click on the Read Mail, it opens Thunderbird
[11:14] <friend> then i dunno, i dont use that feature

Oh! Another IRC friend helped me fix it. He had me get TweakUI and install it. Then go to Repair and Repair Unread mail count. It fixed it. Yay.

I just ignore it. :heh:
I think mine's up to like 50 now and I don't even use any email apps. :)
Tweakui does kickass though...I love that program.
