Any Outlook experts out there?

Is there a setting in Outlook that automatically deletes old appointments off your calendar? I just went looking and it looks like everything non-recurring that was over a year old is gone. I'm talking about my computer at the office. I wanted to ask if there is some setting that is off before I go running to our support people (who are not supportive in the least). I also seem to have e-mail vanish from my inbox after about one month. On the surface it may not seem like a big deal to have this stuff off as it is old but based on what I do I need to keep good records of meetings for compliance purposes and I did it in Outlook. I.E. search for a name and be able to find the date and details of the meeting.

So is this something set by the admin so save space?
Do I have my stuff set to expire?
Is it all gone for good?

I didn't have this problem with my home computer but since I use my handheld to sync them...well, you get the idea.

There is nothing in the "Archive Folders"

Do you have an autoarchive setting that archives your email at the beginning of every month?

I'm assuming you are using an exchange server? If so, they could have it set on the server to automatically delete old appointments / e-mails.
