I was transferring some files between my two desktop computers and the AMD64 gig just froze. I reset the computer and found out that I lost the following items: onboard LAN, onboard IEEE1394, PCI slots, and onboard Promise IDE/RAID controller. I had to wait until yesterday to call Asus and got a RMA number. I sent the motherboard in earlier for service. Hopefully I could get it back soon.

My board finally "arrived" yesterday second time around (first board info (http://www.gotapex.com/forums/showthread.php?t=89777)). I cleared the BIOS, reinstalled the CPU, cleared the BIOS, reinstalled the RAM, cleared BIOS, reinstalled the video card, cleared the BIOS, and reinstalled the OS HD. I booted up and changed some settings in the BIOS. It rebooted and there was no error. Finally Asus did something right.
