BBC has put together a test to see if your brain is more masculine or feminine. For one section you will want a ruler that measures in milimeters.

I don't have a ruler, so I can't complete the quiz. Bummer.

What they are looking for on this one is if your index finger is longer than your ring finger on both hands. Anything that will measure will work- even a piece of paper. Just select any numbers that show if there is any difference and which one (if any) is longer. The difference may not be very much. The exact number doesn't matter for this. As far as I could tell, mine were the same.

The word test was pointless. You could write anything- it really did not care if it had something to do with the original word. It just counted how many you had. If if didn't count all yours, you probably forgot to use comas between them.

Lol - I was off the chart for all the tests with scores. Nearly perfect scores on each one well above the average. Not really that surprising to me, but the funny thing is as I was scoring perfect on tests that men are supposed to do well on and the ones women are supposed to do well on, I have only a 25% male brain!

The picture thing bugged me, I dont think I did it correctly. It was the same damn woman in half the pictures! Maybe if they had one that I actually thought was pretty I would have been able to say which one I liked more. Unfortunately, I was left to just click one or the other because they all did nothing for me.

I think the whole test was pointless. I scored very strongly in the "male" range on all but 2 of the categories but yet I was a "0"? It was funny to do the test, though. :)

It sure seems like that test was written by woman. I got a male 25. Waste of time....

I answered as well as I could - I scored very high on the spatial stuff and did very well on the jumbled picture (12/14). On the faces it said I definitely prefered feminine faces (of course!). I think I skewed myself on the verbal, because I came up with 16 words for grey and 13 for happy. Oh well I'm happy being a "0". :heh:

I think I figured out one of the reasons why I got a "0" - I'm ambidextrous, with my dominant eye being my left. A fair amount of the visual tests key in on men using the left side of their brains for processing the images.
