Someone posted a link maybe a year ago or so. The link was to a site that had a TON of .reg files that helped admins lock down a computer or undo the locked features.

For example: disabling the windows keys, disabling control panel, disabling system shares, turning off task manager, etc....

Can anyone help?

I dug around for it but didn't find anything.

I did find another thread that would (probably) be more useful (if you're using Win2k/XP Pro) but will require your time (ie can't just install a patch to your registry).

I'd use the GPEdit tool myself; info here...

GPEdit does a lot of stuff; I don't know if it'll do what you're looking for but I'd check it out nonetheless.
