MCI Dsl "I wish I had more hands so I could give this service 4 thumbs down"

never get MCI dsl!!!! (they will rip you off after the so called 15$/mon) ARG i've been without internet for 1 month just because they wanted me to buy a new modem, cause the one i've only had for 8 months fried.They don't cover a broken modem?
omg! and we were paying 50$/month for only 1.2mbs. SKIP MCI i'm going with comcast now... :censored:

I sat at home with nothing to do and I realized how dependant I am on internet. wow :gle: thanks to comcast i get 4mbs for 32$/month and an even higher upload than I had with MCI

MCI has always ripped people off (their long distance rates were ridiculous); I didn't even know they were still around. :shrug:

I had a looooong ongoing battle with MCI over bills; someone there screwed up and I was charged for someone else's long distance service and calling card. They kept calling me and asking for me to pay the bills and they kept sending more and I said "the bills have a different phone number from where the calls were originating than my phone number therefore I suggest you open your eyes and realize that I didn't make those calls and they weren't even made in my home at my address, and besides that I never asked for a phone card nor have I received one so that's your fault as well". :angry: Finally after months and months of complaining (and several letters) they realized they were a bunch of tools and fixed the problem and stopped bothering me. Too bad for them I was sick and tired of their crap and I switched long distance providers. :)
