I first became aware of Demelza House Childrens Hospice when Charlton tried to raise some money for them last season. Although they managed to raise quite a bit it was never going to be enough. Demelza House Childrens hospice costs millions to run each year and receive very little government funding. Please take a look at the site, and if possible please make a donation.
