Ok, like the title says. For a long time now there's been a cartoon that I distinctly remember seeing sometime between 1985-90, but none of my friends could remember. The plot goes something like this:

A highschool/college rockband from real life gets sucked into a mirror(i think) and ends up in this cartoon world. I think they roll around in a yellow tour bus that flies and they have this cat(?) alien cartoon character that helps them try to defeat some bad guy with powers of some sort.

I'm not sure about the details, but i'm sure the intro to the show had them rehearsing in a room in a house, and suddenly they see something in the standing mirror on the side of the room and there's menacing laughter(?) and they get sucked into the cartoon world. I think there were 2 guys, 1 girl and maybe someone else. :drums:

I know it's super random, but I heard "I'll be there" by the Escape Club like 10 years back and it's been lingering in the back of my mind on and off this entire time. Something about that song sounds like the intro. So, anyone recognize this cartoon?

Dude, I totally remember what you're talking about, but don't remember the title. It was on ABC of which I'm sure, they had the geek with glasses with the shoulder hung keyboards.
