For wife that is. So on top of dealing with the 2 kids, now I have wife to attend to while we wait for baby #3. Uggh... work is getting to be quite a load too.
Happy thoughts happy thoughts.

You definitely have your hands full. Hopefully its light bed rest and not total bed rest though. I had someone tell me that their wife was told to stay reclining to the point of even using a bed pan rather than going to the bathroom. I think thats a bit extreme but i guess if there is an issue, better safe than sorry.
Hope all goes well and that you can think of little things to bring smiles to her face to keep her happy. Such as hookng up a tivo and multi disc dvd changer with all of her favorite shows/movies in the bedroom. Hiring a service to take care of the menial things such as cleaning/cooking, unless you are able to/wish to do them yourself. (Brownie points for doing them yourself, but between work, wife, and kids time might not be on your side.)
Surprise her with flowers and/or her favorite meal, that you had the restaurant prepare and got through take out to make it easier on her, for no reason. Things like that will put a smile on her face which will make it much easier for her to deal with this.

Wow, that doesn't sound like it will be easy on you two. Hope it gets better soon.

you da man! :)
Good luck, and I hope everything goes well. If your wife gets bored, let me know. I was on bedrest for nearly 6 months with B, so I may have some ideas for her to keep from going nuts.

I bet she likes old nintendo games. Get her hooked on the Zelda/Final Fantasy series. That'll keep her busy (and out of your hair).

I was on bedrest for 3 days and I thought I would go crazy. My husband rented some games (driving ones). I was laying on the couch driving sideways, that was an experience-- but I laughed so hard it was worth being down for the few days.
Good luck to you and your wife!!

Heh... time to slow down and give the pony a rest. :heh:
Either that... or make the "final cut" decision.

Too late... boy #3
thanks all... it's gonna be a long time of battling fatigue and organizing tasks. On top of that I'm trying to prepare business courses to teach which is no fun. Thankfully some of the G|A members have been offering to help me with some of the concepts. Learning finance is not that easiest thing for me right now. Somehow I managed to understand at least a bit of financial accounting. Thanks to those who helped once again... you know who you are.

I just saw this thread, and I hope that Mrs BS is doing ok. That sucks that she has to do total bedrest. I know I couldn't do it. Kudos to you Dad, you've got quite a hand full!
