What level gear are you trying to get? Something to sell in Russia to make a tidy profit or for some other reason?
The reason why I ask is some places will only allow you to purchase bulk orders for use in the US you cannot export it outside of the county.
Are you looking for something cutting edge or possibly an older product? If its the latter, you may want to contact a manufacturer directly and offer to buy a lot of 100 or 200 units from their buy back stock. They MIGHT be willing to deal with you, but would probably want some explanations/concessions.

www.geeks.com has a refurb CD player for $12. They sell in bulk and offer bulk discounts. Their stock changes frequently so you could probably call them and tell them what you are looking for, they might be able to get what you need.

any chinatown or downtown area should have them..my parents used to own one of those 99cents stores..they went into downtown Los Angeles all the time and picked up cheap stuff like that all the time.
