that was on KROQ (Radio station in Los Angeles) I heard it on the way to work. It was some joke about the worst job or something like that...

To hear it, you can download the Kevin & Bean Radio Replay at this guys site:
http://cottsboomsmack.blogspot.com
They're on the right under "Kevin & Bean". Each file is about 40Mb, and they're 4 hours long, but you can skip through the commercials really easy.

no it was some guy calling the Afro Line saying why he should be allowed to go to Kevin and Bean's Singles Party at the Playboy Mansion. (Lisa Mae then asked if he left his number)
Actually, I heard it before the afro line call.
It was one of our production guys trying to be all macho. I believe the response was along the lines of, "So it's short, chubby and doesn't do anything?"

Ok, I have a reference to it that pre-dates all your references: It's from a Jon Stewart standup special called "Unleavened". One of the funniest stand-ups I've ever seen. It was around 1996/1997.

I heard Bill Connelly (The Scottish Comedian) use that one like 15 years ago.
Today was the first time I had ever heard it, and then I heard it twice within an hour.
/still was freakin funny
