RARELY DOES SWANBERG APPEAR IN FRONT OF A JUDGE. MOST OF THE COMPANIES HE GOES AFTER WRITE HIM A CHECK INSTEAD OF DEAL WITH THE HASSLE OF A TRIAL. SOME WILL EVEN OFFER MERCHANDISE TO GET HIM OFF THEIR BACK.
"Cell phones, cable packages, carpet cleaning, I've even been offered duct cleaning and siding."
ANY CONSUMER HAS THE RIGHT TO DO WHAT SWANBERG IS DOING....ITS JUST A MATTER OF KNOWING HOW. HE RECORDS EVERY TELEMARKETING CALL THAT COMES INTO ONE OF HIS EIGHT PHONE LINES.. EACH RECORDING IS POSSIBLE EVIDENCE TO USE IN COURT.

IS HE REALLY EARNING A HUNDRED THOUSAND A YEAR DOING THIS? WE CAN'T VERIFY THAT NUMBER, BUT COURT RECORDS AND SETTLEMENT AGREEMENTS CONFIRM HE'S MAKING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.
