Blacks Beach in SD is famous. It's mostly old people and guys though.

Blacks in La Jolla is, they have a zone for it. Although it is not really legal. Also, behind Pt. Loma Nazarene College off sunset cliffs is a 'not so known' dirt trail to some private areas. Often nude. :wavey2:
