I was reading through Craig's List and saw that post. I have 3 cats already or I'd jump on it in a heartbeat. So am showing you guys and hoping you or someone you know will want it! :( I feel so bad for the cat!
The post says:
"We met a very tame, affectionate stray cat while traveling south through Wichita. He lives at the Oasis RV Park just off I35 south at Route 81/166. The nice people who operate the RV park said he showed up about three weeks ago.
He is obviously someone's lost pet because he loves to be petted and will happily rub against your legs and sit in your lap. Apparently he has had it pretty rough, his tail is cut off and he is missing a couple of toes on one hind foot (these injuries are all well-healed). He's a little skinny right now from lack of regular meals but otherwise appears healthy and young. This is the type of cat who needs a nice home. He liked to hang out on our camp chair and would obviously love to hang out on a couch or at the foot of a bed, and he deserves a good home with lots of love. I have photos of this cat, if you are interested in seeing them please email me. This is a very sweet cat, I would have taken him home myself if there were any way I possibly could; I felt really bad about having to leave him behind."
