I'm a long time lurker, first time poster. Found this site like many of you when I Googled Laura Cain back in March/April. I read this forum several times a day and thought I'd join in the fun!
I only listened for a few minutes this morning on my way to school drop off and didn't hear any mention of Laura's hair. Did she get it fixed? All I heard was Jeff talking about his lost tooth and how someone brought in wax for a temporary solution. And I also wonder why he goes to Las Vegas for his dental work. Weird.
Guess that's all for now! ;)

had lunch today at LIL PEPPER DELI. I love Hanni. He was so nice to Michelle. Kristin our promotions director and Niloufar were there too. I had a great time. It was actually my first time I ever sat there and had lunch. I will go back for sure. Hanni treated us so well that I think some listeners from SDGE got very annoyed with it. I
-------------------------------------------------------------
Hanni was on the show this morning and they asked what Tommy ordered, and it was something like soup, a sandwich, and caesar salad for 5. This is what I understood anyway. Yee gads!!

Also, it sounds like Hanni paid all the attention to him and
SDGE felt slighted?! His ego is as big as his fat head

For what it's worth, LBM has been listed first on every press release and article I've read about this fundraiser - could it be because they're going in alpha order? Or because they think "Ms. Big Deal San Diego" will draw the most attention (even though it's not GOOD attention).

Let's hope it's just because of alpha order.

From my earlier post (see below) so as to prove Tommy had a blob early today. He wrote about the Tim McGraw song Live Like you Were Dying and related it to his life. For Tommy it should be called Live Like you You're Above The Rules and Money Means Everything. But as I said, the blob was there and now it isn't. Hmmmmmm

I also became a better person and a better dad and son. Just like that Tim McGraw song: I loved deeper and I spoke sweeter and I gave forgiveness I’d been denying.

Does anyone have a good read on Zodiac yet?

Thank God he can forgive lumpia for jumping into his mouth and making him fat. Thank God he can forgive us for pointing out his chronic lying. Life has wronged FH. Thank God he is so brave and generous to forgive everyone and everything for the hurt he has felt.

But the Lord would sure approve if they bought (er, Tommy bought) a new place for them to spend the night. There are so many red flags in this relationship and such illogical thinking that it's a joke if Tommy and Moochelle believe people are happy for them.

I can understand your hesitation with me, shello, but I promise I'm not Dilweed or NR or anyone else associated with the showgram. I'm just a stay at home mom of two fabulous boys who enjoys the heck out of this forum. You all have enlightened me so much and everytime I do listen to J&J, I hear all your little voices in my head and wonder if the current bit is staged or total BS. But old habits die hard and I just can't NOT listen.
The closest I've come to Star and it's overpaid DJ's is picking up a couple of prizes I won and also, Dannell lived in my neighborhood a few years back for a short period of time. I never met her, but my friend (her neighbor) said she was super nice.

I am no prude and completely understand modern day romance. My only qualm is when there is so much talk of god by Tumnus, he should think before he types. In addition, they are both setting a horrible example for their kids, especially his Mo Fo blogging.

Laura's Diary - September 12th, 2007
Wednesday, September 12, 2007 at 2:28pm

Dear Diary,

Sorry I didn't get back to you yesterday. I honestly didn't have two minutes to rub together. You will not believe how much my second hair appointment cost me. Okay, I'll just tell you. To fix the mess that was my hair yesterday morning, it set me back 300 bucks! Not only that, it took about three hours to fix. That's in addition to the 150 bucks I dropped on Monday. Leslie and Joelle's did a great job. My hair is no longer orange, but the whole process left me so incredibly irritated that I just wanted to spit. But, I was in my car by that point so I didn't feel like doing that on my steering wheel.

I was aggro all the way down the 15 to the 163 to the surface streets that lead to Charlie's school. My pissy-ness quickly melted away when I saw my boy on the playground in his little white shirt with his big ol' backpack waiting for me to drive through and pick him up. I took a mental snapshot. He was just so precious standing there waiting for me. I was little sad thinking that this moment is so fleeting…that he'll be 18 before I know it. So, I sat in my car for a few minutes and just looked at him before I drove up. When he saw me he started jumping up and down. I loved it.

Then, we drove over Evan's school to pick her little butt up. Charlie and I walked into her classroom to find her sitting at those low little kid tables snackin' on some Ritz and cheese. She had just finished an art project. It was a paper plate with string glued on for hair and a little face drawn on by her sweet little hands. Below the face was a little summary about "Evan." She likes to eat chicken, her favorite color is pink and her family includes a mommy, a daddy and two brothers. Isn't that cute? She considers Chip a brother. I love that.

The kids and I drove back to Tommy's where TV cameras were waiting. Let me tell you how much interest I had in Tommytube taping yesterday…NONE! But, I sucked it up and rolled with it. I think I may have gone a little too far with my discussion about my personal life on camera. I had no idea I was doing it because within minutes, I forgot that the camera was there. Now I know how those girls on The Hills do it. The trick will be editing out the parts where Evan comes into frame to serve me a plastic piece of bacon on a tiny toy pan. I'll expose myself on camera, but I won't expose my kids. You can hear 'em…oh, yes, you can hear 'em chattering and laughing and yelling for me in the background, but see them you won't.

After Davecain picked them up, I got into my car and jammed up to Ross to find something, anything to wear for our pictures today. At 9:00pm. I got a text from Tommy saying "Good night." I wrote back, "picture day sucks."

I have a dance lesson tonight. The big show is on Saturday night. Carla's gonna come over and do my fancy dance make-up. She's got all the glitter and fake eyelashes and shiny skin stuff. If you wanna come watch the show, go to www.malashockdance.org. I'm gonna need the votes big-time. I'm getting all tickly down there thinking about it. Tickly in a nervous way.

See you tomorrow, Diary.

She spent $450 on her hair in one week???????

The term is UCCA and I think it stands for "Uniform Child Custody Agreement" - and the only reason I know that is because I asked my Sister that works in a Family Law Court (not here in San Diego...)

I sure wish we had someone that could pull the paperwork and give us the "real scoop" :)

I wonder what the Cain's custody agreement says because all of a sudden she's no longer making her kids visable to the public? Her blog says that we won't see them on Tubbyvision. She puts pics of them up, and lets Evan run around naked at the beach, but now she is being a "good mom" and keeping them out of the public eye? What is the difference between tubbyvision and her having them on that "I'm mom of the year" segment on (I think) Channel 8. I wonder if Dave put the brakes on her pimping out her kids and said that their privacy must be protected.

I'm sure Laura thinks she's a great parent and so that's why she feels she can give Britney that advice....since I'm sure Britney is going to listen to Laura's advice.....

And considering Laura is such a big deal it suprises me she shops at Ross and Marshalls and not like Nordstroms or something...its probably for the best that she picks her clothes from those places than spending 73.00 for one ugly shirt at a more expensive place...she might as well get a ugly 73.00 outfit.

And Tommy quoting the Tim Mcgraw lyrics is the lamest thing...he tries waaaayyyyy too hard to be cool around his kids....

Okay, guys, do I get "hazardous duty pay" for watching that train wreck that they call "TummyTub(e)"?????

Episode #2 is up on the website - here are my thoughts:

They open with Tummy singing a song in a hallway. Ick. Then they show Carla (Karla?) the masseuse bringing her table and stuff in/out of the house because Tummy is getting a massage later - woohoo.

Tummy heads upstairs where he encounters LBM - with fixed hair and a "poor-me" attitude. Three kids (Evie and 2 other girls, maybe 8-10 years old...who are they???) are in the side area of the master suite. LBM shows off her "new" hair, which although shorter in front doesn't look all that much different from her regular (pre-orange-Bozo-look) hair.

LBM crashes on the bed to have a heart-to-heart talk with Tummy and share her angst about going through a divorce. Evie (who's face is blocked out of the video) wanders through a couple of times but is virtually ignored by WonderMom because, hey, the camera is more important! Contrary to the teases on air, she doesn't "spill" all the juicy tidbits of her life. They end up digging under the bed for children's books and make cracks about hiding skin magazines and "Double D" things under the bed...

Tummy then goes back downstairs and makes a big deal of showing us the room where he gets his massage. The End.

I did have a moment in the beginning where I thought "Holy sh*t, she's pregnant!!!!" but it must have been those mysterious 30 pounds the camera adds....

Like someone else said here - I don't want to watch but I just can't ignore the train wreck that is TummyTub(e). I need a life :)

p.s. If this is the best camera crew and equipment that Clear Channel can provide, maybe Tummy should call the kids at the local high school. I'm sure they could put out a better quality product!

omg, what a mess! Here's my personal observations

1. Laura looked and acted drunk
2. Her hair still looks like s**t
3. Tommy, quit singing. You don't have a voice
4. Don't show the kids on this video for obvious reasons.
5. When they were looking under the bed and he mentioned her "DD's", I was waiting for him to jump her bones.
6. I know they covered up Evie's face (I'm sure part of the agreement), but davecain, please pull the plug on this mess.
Your kids are still in the video, even though Laura said no way they would be:dead:

Well both Charlie and Evie were in that POS segment she did about their new house, the one where she says "now I can cook dinner!", and Dave laughs and rolls his eyes. And just last month I think it was, she was pushing Charlie and that other kid into the camera to give their opinions on people waiting in line for the midnight showing of Harry Potter. Both videos were on the news stations, and also on the news websites for all the world to see.

Observations about Tubbyvision:
1) Laura totally looked pregnant in the part where they show Tommy walking into her (his) bedroom. It looks to me like she's just starting the 2nd trimester, like I am. But maybe she's just gotten really fat.

2) Their little heart to heart on the bed? WTF. You can hardly hear it because the kid is making so much noise in the background.

3) Laura acts like life is so hard because she was forced to spend SOOOO much time getting her head foiled in the past two days. She doesn't have to do that. Why can't she just be natural?

4) Tommy is totally wanting her. It is so obvious to me that he's wanting to get in her pants, and she just sees him as one of the girls.

5) Tommy is a hypocrite talking about how to be alone. He's jumped from relationship to relationship... he doesn't know how to be alone.

I can't hear it very well, so I'm going to stop watching now. The sound quality is very poor. I have the volume on the media player and the volume on my computer up fully and I still have a hard time hearing the wisdom they are bestowing on us. *sigh*

Okay, so I just listened to it with headphones, computer all the way up and barely made out what they were talking about. From what I could make of it, Laura had a minor breakdown because of her hair and all the time she spent having it fixed, with everything else going on, that it sent her over the edge of tolerance. Tommy spent most of the time saying stuff about how giving the situation time would fix everything. Just give it time. That was the "details" Laura referenced in her diary, I guess.

Ummmm, oh, and then when he was leaving her room (really his room??), she asked about food. He said to order pizza, that his card is on file. Then he said some numbers, and I'm not sure, but I think he may have given his phone number out??? Or maybe it's an old phone number that they may have on file? Would he be dumb enough to really give his number out? 592-7883, I think is what he said. 858 would be the area code for that area... anyone wanna call and find out?

I saw the video, my husband took a picture of me on his cell yesterday when I visited him at work...I'm 21 weeks pregnant, and LBM looks more pregnant than I do.

If I was as talented as Wonk I would put a picture of her gut from the video up next to my picture...however I'm not. Maybe Wonk will come along and help out!

they probably think that just the mention of the number out of their "big deal" mouths would bring the pizza place a ton of business, which would make their pizza purchases from here on out free. Whatever. But, they are a big deal.....tell them you want the Tommy special: Pizza with the works, including crumbled lumpia.

I'm not chicken...I just called. Oh, I feel like I'm back in junior high!!!

It's the number for the pizza place - FatHead has the pizza joint's phone number memorized. Now - that's not surprising at all, huh?

Any chance that pizza was free?

I know I have noone to blame but myself, but I just lost 10 minutes and 42 seconds of my life because I watched TummyTubeTwo. Jeez, you put a trainwreck out there and I am gonna go after a look.

Laura's Hair: The first person did a BAD job. The second that did the "fix", could have done way better. Then again, they would have had to convince Laura that those HUGE oh-so-natural-bottle-blonde-streaks were "less than natural" and maybe, just maybe, we should "tone down the orange, darken some of the blonde, and maybe, just maybe, try for something that was even remotely close to 'natural' ".

Tommy and "the book": Anyone else here that has burned their corneas on this clip, wanna just reach out to their monitor and YANK that book out of Tommy's hands. He could not have fondled/played with/absorbed himself more in the openning and closing of said book than he did.

There are far more things I could comment on, but it is late, I am tired, I am still working [how I wish I had spent 3 hours in a salon chair today, because after going into work early to get the day-to-day tasks started, driving to attend a 3 hour seminar, followed by eating lunch in my car while driving to an appt, followed by traveling to another appt, followed by ending the work day with a trip to do the daily banking, then visiting my father in rehab to help him with dinner, then stopping off to pick up dinner for my family, after which I hopped onto the computer to work on paperwork for my 'second job']. Wow, I think I need to make a couple of hair appts.

And just in case there is any question as to any post count that appears near my name, I would not for any reason, trade my life for LBM and I am in no way posting my day-to-day to get any comments/pats-on-the-backs/etc. I truly would trade any of my days seeing my daddy in the hospital, for one of "bad hair". Go to freaking CVS, buy some medium brown dye [even temporary for the photo shoot] and get over your self-absorbed self.

Sorry, it has been a long day.

ok, I just now got around to watching the train wreck, I couldn't help myself...(I worked a 10 hour day, then went to back to school night and went to see both teachers, then came home and read my kids a story before they went to bed, THEN I ate some reheated leftovers since I haven't eaten since noon when I ate a salad at my desk becasue I was so busy...and I still have to make lunches and pack backpacks and soccer stuff for tomorrow) But I have to say I feel SO sorry for POOR Laura - she is so annoyed because she had to spend 3 hours in a salon chair today and an hour and a half yesterday, and she HATES salon chairs. (Try sitting in an office chair for 10 hours a day...a salon chair sounds like heaven). And she's TIRED. Of course!!! Why wouldn't she be tired from "working" four whole hours and then papmering herself at a salon for three more. And she's trying to be strong but it's so hard, what did she say..."I wasn't good enough? Whatever".

NO LAURA. YOU. WERE. NOT. GOOD. ENOUGH.

You were not present, involved, committed, engaged, or good, enough.
You were drunk, stoned, wasted, absent, preoccupied and self-absorbed.

Who are those girls and WHY did their parents let them be on this video??

With all the $$ FH has, why doesn't he hire a decorator? It's awful.

And the haircut does make him look fatter, but at least it's less creepy than the 1980's pimp flip hairdo he's been sporting since high school.

but see them you won't.

Really? I saw her. Don't let the camera in the room she is in Laura. Blurring out her face still puts her "out there".

HOLY BALLS: I think Tim McGraw wrote about ME before I even did anything. He’s Nostradamus!

I just gave myself the chills.
GET OVER YOURSELF.

It just made me smile and laugh and it put me in a great mood to go into the night and go to bed feeling good. Eddie emailed me saying: Hi Dad, What’s up MO FO?

That was all that he needed to say. I wrote back: “I love you BIATCH”. J Like father like son!

WTF? And he's PROUD of that?? Dannell - are you reading??????

Maybe when he’s 12-13, he can be like a little Tony Hawk or Ryan Sheckler. Now, that would be cool. JUST HAVE FUN!

I'm confused, is it only cool if he gets famous like Tony Hawk, or is it cool because Eddie enjoys it???

Laura had a bad minute or two and she was upset, but she knew how to control it and just talk it out and vent in a healthy way. Most people that go through Laura do not vent in a healthy way.
She was UPSET ABOUT HER FREAKING HAIR. On Sept 11th, SHE WAS UPSET ABOUT HER FREAKING HAIR.
And most people that go through Laura? Like the ghosts at her old house? Proofread your blogs you idiot.

I actually choked on my string cheese when someone posted that the number on the video belonged to the pizza joint. Very fitting. I still am surprised at how large he looked in the video. From the way he makes it sound, he's got a few extra pounds, but overall he looks OK. He is fooling himself because dude is GROSS. Where did his neck go??? How does he even breathe laying down at night with all of that excess around his neck? He supposedly lost so much weight back in March/April eating nuts and fruit, but damn, you can't tell! I'm sure skipping one trip to Alberto's per week would make him lose weight. I bet he's gained it all back. He thinks Tim McGraw wrote that song about him. I wonder if he thinks Justin Timberlake used him and his hikes as inspiration for "Sexyback".

I definitely do not think Laura is prego. I think Laura has, what some people call, a "pear" shaped body--when they gain weight, it all goes to their boobs and belly. I do have to say, after seeing Laura on TummyTube, the news etc.. she always seems very fidgety (sp?) and it drives me CrAzY!!! She doesn't appear to take much serious and it was a complete joke when Tommy was trying to be serious in his heart to heart with her. I did hear her say, "I guess I wasn't good enough" too---NO LAURA, you weren't good enough. When people are on drugs, they are never good enough for their kids/husband because it is impossible to be drugged out and to be there for those you love. This whole TummyTube is just sickening. And, is it just me, or does Tommy's mouth bug anyone else? He does something funky with his mouth---I can't explain it, but it is freaky.

The pictures are on the website. Look at Tummy's jacket, almost covers his hands, probably the only size that would fit around his body.:dead:

Jeff looks like a slob, I don't think he's even wearing socks. I hope that wasn't the final outfit for the shoot. He looks like he belongs back in Krustin country.

Jerry looks as gay as ever. (i'm not homophobic)

I just checked out the behind the scenes pictures from the photo shoot and I'm confused on a few things.
Why in a couple of them does it look like Jeff is wearing a physican's coat? Why do some looked dressed up and some dressed casual? And I agree with OneKidOneDogMom, it does look like a hole in Delana's white jeans. Guess she's going for dressy on top and casual on the bottom. I am sort of looking forward to the final photos being released to see how they photoshop everyone.

I also thought when I first saw Laura on Episode 2 that she looked pregnant, but after watching for a minute it looks like she just has gained weight in her middle section. Just before she left for rehab she was rail-thin in all her outfits of the week. If she starts getting super skinny again I'll suspect her of relapsing, but for now I think she's sticking to the program.

And, gossipgurl, I can't stand all Laura's fidgeting either! Has she always been like that? It would be hard having a conversation with her because she doesn't stay focused, she's always looking around and playing with her hair. STOP!

One last note. Like most of you, what I wouldn't give to sit in a salon chair for three hours! *sigh*

Laura's Diary, September 13th, 2007
Thursday, September 13, 2007 at 12:06pm

Dear Diary,

I'm officially freaking out today. It's just hit me that I am going to be performing a Cha-Cha in front of a huge audience in two days. Mom and Jenny are even coming down to see it! I pray that nothing happens to me on stage like what happened to me yesterday afternoon at Champion Ballroom.

Phillip and I were half-way into our practice. I had worked through the initial stiffness, the forgotten dance steps, basically the first 10 minutes of our lesson, and I was really in the zone. We were going through the first part of the routine, the part where I break away from Philip and do a backward Cha-Cha-Cha, when something horrible happened.

The heel of my dance shoe caught on the hem of my skirt and down it went. Suddenly I felt a burst of air on my butt, because it was exposed to everyone else who was on the floor practicing. I immediately fell to the floor in a pile of humiliation. Phillip just laughed, shook his head and said, "I've seen worse. I've seen entire dresses come off during major performances." Oh, okay Phillip, that makes me feel 100% better…NOT. At least I had cute lacy underwear on.

I changed into my 10 dollar red Ross dress so we could test it out before the big night. I must say that dress is quite possibly my most incredible shopping find EVER. It is absolutely perfect. I've heard that the other chicks in the competition are wearing sparkly, short, ice-skater-style outfits that cost and arm and a leg. I'm feeling pretty good about my shopping skillz right now.

After my lesson, I drove to the ol' neighborhood to meet with Susan again. We made some great progress, I think. That woman is such a blessing in our lives. After our meeting, I drove to the house to kiss my babies good-night. I arrived just in time to give Evan a bath. We made up a new game called "Supermodel." I'd look at her all French-like and say, "You, my dahling, are so bee-oo-teefull."

Then, she'd take her hands and run them over soapy her head real slow. We both bust out into fits of hysterics. It was just one of those things that struck us as so hilarious. Then, Char and Ev and I sprawled out on the floor of Evan's room and read a couple of books. I miss the nights with them. I'll be with them again soon...

See you tomorrow, Diary.

"I'll be with them again soon..." What does that mean?

Has she had them for overnight visitation yet? Maybe there's something in the separation agreement that says she has to be clean/sober for so many days/weeks/months before she can have the kids for more than a couple of hours at a time unsupervised...

Oh, but didn't she take them to a hotel a couple of weekends ago? Hmmmm, maybe I'm guessing wrong.

You're right, the lab coats do make sense for the hair and makeup, thanks.

I wonder if the twitching is an after-effect of drugs.

I'm sure she gets the kids for overnight visits, just they way she wrote "I'll be with them again soon..." made me wonder if she might be reconciling with Dave since she said that at the end of talking about being at her old house. And it also confirms (I think) that Dave is still living in their house with the kids.

Seriosly, Laura, get over yourself. You'd think your leg was blown off by a landmine or that you were struggling to move your family from Darfur. You have no idea how good you have it. I would suggest you volunteer somewhere--a battered women's shelter, Momma's kitchen, Father Joe's. You have the free time and it would do your soul a world of good to stop thinking about yourself. Spend your money on something other than yourself. I think the $73 outfit of the week is only feeding your navel gazing.

Laura needs to work on her posture-otherwise she looks like she has no neck. Part of her fidgeting, I guess. Or is it a tic?

Also, anyone else grossed out by the promos for some upcoming contest called "ME time!"--basically women saying "THANK GOD the kids are back in school now so I can spend more time on ME! Spa, shopping, ROMANCE!" Yeah, because parenting is such a bummer and moms really miss out on what's really important to them when the kids are around.

I can't tell you how awful it used to be when I would post something on a Friday, then there would be no new posts til Monday mid morning...I'd keep coming back and seeing my old, stale and stinking post just sitting there.

Now, they are just old and stinky, but at least they don't get a layer of dust waiting around.

Now, someone. Please. Can we maybe start sending Jeff suggestions for a new dentist? This whole deal with his teeth falling out and looking so doggone fake...He does not need to go to Vegas for his teeth. I'm sure there are many awful dentists right here local who could do as bad a job for him as this guy in Vegas.

So maybe we could just start sending him referrals to good or even better than good dentists. His teeth are so....so..oh, I hate to say it, cause I do kinda like him...but here it goes:

"Cadaver-ish."
they gotta go.

So, does anyone know the BIG ANNOUNCEMENT for tomorrow? I just checked one of my yahoo email addresses, one that has me as a freeloader or whatever they call it, (I have zero points, it seems!) and one of their emails said,

"Tune in Friday for out Big Announcement."

Sorry if this was discussed already this morning, I haven't had a chance to catch up on today yet!

It's that whole "moms-are-free-to-indulge-themselves-ala-LBM-contest" that was mentioned in Longcommute's post below.

Geeze, I was out of the office for a week and came back to 20+ pages to catch up on...still reading, but enjoying every minute!

Here is the latest outfit of the week. I kind of think this one is cute, but what's up with the picture of her back?

I agree. I think the outfit is cute too.

Gah, that's lame. And how unlike J&J, to not blow it all up out of proportion and make it a huge secret... and here I thought it was to tell us that J&J were getting fired and Delayna was taking over the whole show.

I can't stand all Laura's fidgeting either! Has she always been like that? It would be hard having a conversation with her because she doesn't stay focused, she's always looking around and playing with her hair
-------------------------------------------------------------
She wouldn't be a very good friend. She's like one of those people who you try and have a conversation with and she acts like she's not listening. She only stays focused on herself. I guess that's what "big deals" are all about

She's really hard to watch... she flips her hair, shakes her head and both her and Tommy have very strange looks on their faces...

P.S. Say what you want about Tommy (and I know there is a lot to say)... but he did let Laura come live in his home with her two children... and in every Tommy Tube that they've shown, she has done nothing but tease, belittle and complain...

Makes me ill.

Do you think they took the $73 outfit picture from the back today because her FRONT was maybe too BIG to pull off the outfit?

And check out her hands in that picture - she had to go all "attitude" for the photo, too?

Also, anyone else grossed out by the promos for some upcoming contest called "ME time!"--basically women saying "THANK GOD the kids are back in school now so I can spend more time on ME! Spa, shopping, ROMANCE!" Yeah, because parenting is such a bummer and moms really miss out on what's really important to them when the kids are around

big announcement......think Crankpot is retiring? Isn't their old contract up at the end of this month?

Maybe this is why they were taking new photos - one without him (but showed us the ones with him to throw us off the scent)?

Either way, it still smells like old Jerry Lewis barf.

I just re-checked the e-mail I got from Star this morning and this is what the first item is:

"Coming Soon...

The kids are back in school, now it's time for you! Spas...Shopping...Romance...Listen to Jeff & Jer Friday morning at 7 for details!"

I don't think we're lucky enough for a retirement announcement - that they would hype for at least a week!

You are a generous soul...I personally don't think for a second this was an act of charity on Fathead's part. First of all, she has enough cash coming in she should be able to handle a small apt.

And you know, maybe being responsible for her own life would be a great idea. She has issues with being alone. She's been taken care of all her life. I don't have an issue with people being selfish and self centered, but if you have children...especially if you consciously decide to have children...that has to change, if you want ME (and I know I am the measure of all that is right and wrong in the world) to have any respect for you. Pushing off dealing with that is not really doing her any favors.

In fact, let's wonder about his motives a bit. He's got his own reruns going on about how he has either enabled or failed folks "close to him" with drug and alcohol problems in the past. He has his own reruns going on about how he has failed as a husband and a father. OOPs. Forgot how he feels like he's made up for neglecting his Mom...oh, and he's mentioned how he hasn't really held up as a "man" in his family. Sure as shootin he feels like he knows the way to go to advise folks how to put their lives in order.

Thursday September 13, 2007 11:15am: There’s a GATORADE bottle I can’t open for the life of me! I’ve been twisting it and twisting it and it won’t open. Not sure if it’s a joke or not, but this Gatorade bottle is glued shut.

Okay, where do I start?

This is one of those times where I don’t have a clue on where to start so I will just type as I think! Jeff and Jer both told me THIS is the time to buy a house, but not sell. I guess that was obvious to say, but I just never realized it until I heard it from people I know.

I’m here at PQ. My kids live up north a little and of course with me. Michelle and her children are in Escondido. What do I do? Here are the main things we want to keep in mind:

******We don’t want to remove anyone from their school. We want to have ALL the children stay at the same school. BOTH sets of kids are close to each parent and that’s the way it should be…….

******Can we not interrupt schooling and still stay here in PQ and just add on to the house?

******Escondido? Other than North County Fair, is Escondido a good place to live? Are there homes in that area that will be FUN for the children and that we can start making NEW memories.

*****Is it truly THE time to buy now?

*****Do I sell this house or rent it out or what? It was a big deal for me to keep this house after the divorce. It was more like a statement that I didn’t want to “fall” during that time and I did everything I could to keep the home.

******Will my kids like Escondido? Will Michelle’s kids like PQ?

All these things are going on in my mind. I did talk to Michelle early this morning and we both said to eachother to “relax and the time to buy will come to us and to be patient”. Well, with Jeff and Jer saying, BUY NOW-----was that the “WILL COME TO US” I was looking for?

Today, I have a free day to take care of personal things, so I’m going to take a quick power nap….Go for a walk…..Go see my mom…..Send off bills. Return some emails and calls……..

His blobs are becoming lamer and stale. Remember when he would write several times a day? Now maybe two per day at the most.

Ok Im going to most likely pull a dilbert here but.....does tommy even have custody of his kids? i thought dannell did....so if she does why would it matter if he moved? The kids would still be in the same school district right? Or is Tommy's address the only reason they go to whatever school they go to? And are Mooochelle's kids even in school? I thought they were all under 5 or something....im prolly wrong....

And honestly if Tommy were smart then he would get a house right now cause this is a good buyers market, but not seller's market. So he should rent his house out if he could....it'd probably be the only way he could make a profit....not that he will listen to my advice but I know a ton about real estate seeing as I'm getting ready to buy a house next year in Arizona. I like to compare the san diego market with the Arizona and they are almost the same...anyways just useless stuff i know.

Since I'm not going to email Tommy, I'll express my views here regarding his recent blog.
I think it's great that they want to keep the kids where they are.
I'm sure he'll be moving to Escondido, I don't see him staying in 'PQ'.
If he's had that house as long as he's been divorced (4 or 5 years) and longer since I'm assuming they all lived there for awhile before the split, then he will still make BANK if he sells now. Even though the market is down, it's still appreciated a ton from when he bought it.
If he buys a new house he needs to be prepared for the possibility that he won't gain much appreciation and should plan on staying there a long time.

I think Laura better start looking for a new place to live ASAP.

[QUOTE=mel41099]I do think that's Moochelle in the background...when does she work? (unless it's at Cheetahs, which would explain why she is always around during the day AND why Tommy likes her so much)

Michelle strikes me as someone who needs rescuing and confirms what Danelle said about Tommy's victims - they are lost puppies waiting for someone to save them, so to speak. She certainly fits that profile, with her following Tummy around like a third wheel, trying to fit in with the J&J spewgram cast. She looks so out of place in that photo- always in the background, just what Tummy needs.

hahaha Laura will move with them I guarantee it, they are one big happy family....

And your right the house has probably appreciated a lot since he's bought it but if he waits to sell it and rents it out well they think the market will be okay again by 2009 and maybe he will get more money for it...then again being the big deal that he is, he probably will overprice his house and sell it now because it is featured in their show which is such a hit and all....

My theory on Jeff's teeth - he has to go to Vegas to get his teeth done because they use old, used dice and grind them down to get that oh so natural chiclet teeth look!

Tommy has got to have some equity in his RP home, but then I think he has other homes....like Rosa's, to pay for. He needs to keep it in case he and M don't work out. He should rent it to Laura as there is lots of room for her kids when she has them over. From what I can recall in reading the blobs, she has them 1 or 2 afternoons during the week and every other weekend or part of a weekend. But yes, he can get a good deal at present on a home.

He's still an idiot for buying with her as they just met. An idiot with money who can buy homes without thinking.

BTW, did anyone find out anymore about davecain?

As for Laura, I would not doubt if she were on anti-depressants (1/4 of the population is according to my dr) or something for anxiety. If I were in her shoes (and I am sure she is scared and hurting) I would be a basketcase. Some of those meds have a side effect of twitching/ticks.

Tommy should marry Moochelle this weekend, sell the house, rent a big house in Escondido, find Jeff's old playset and move it to his new house and hire a maid/cook named Alice, film it all and call it the BlobbyBunch.

Meanwhile, I'm making meatloaf, potatos, and green beans for the family tonight. I wonder what great recipe Laura is cooking up in her new Bardon kitchen? (That last sentence goes out to my homey D).

Since Tummy first started talking about buying a house for he and Moochelle to live in, I had a feeling that he would find a way to keep his house for LBM to live in. Now that both Jeff & Jer have advised him that it's a better time to buy than sell he has even more reason to keep the PQ house for Laura. I don't think he would actually rent the house to LBM, he would just let her live there rent free (kind of like right now).

Well I am really skeptical about when he describes anything about his kids and saying they are ok with this situation. Remember when Dannell had to pull them out of school to tell them about the engagement and they were hurt? Then Tommy tried to pull it off like they were so happy and excited...maybe they were but I dunno. Tommy kinda reminds me of my dad in the aspect that he see's himself as a great dad and his kids may think something completely different. Parents like this build this ideal relationship in their head that they think is the type of relationship they have with their kids when really its nothing along those lines.
Like my dad always thought him and I had a really good relationship and he knew everything going on in my life and he built the idea in his head that he was this amazing dad of the year...

I think the complete opposite. He knew nothing about what happened in my life and I hardly saw him because he chose to work then make time to see me. And not working to help me out in life but working to support himself and his new wife and kids...

I dunno maybe Im rambling but I am almost convinced that Tommy thinks he is dad of the year but his kids probably think differently....

And if they don't resent him now it will begin once he gets married unexpectedly in vegas some weekend on a whim...

I've decided this will sound like I'm a complainer. And I'm posting it anyway!

This weeks outfit doesn't belong on anyone over the age of 30. I'm over 40, I can say that. The HAIR!! Why do Tummy and LBM both have to obsess about their oh-so-very-average hair? They both fuss with it constantly. It's not sexy if that is the goal. Laura has gained a lot of weight and her eating habits have alot to do with it. Yes, coke/meth will keep you thin without trying...but anyone who eats pizza at will, then complains about unwanted pounds is a boob. Sorry pizza lovers, here's a newsflash: IT'S FATTENING. I work 40+ hours a week, have 2 kids that have baseball, dance class and friends. I make dinner at home at least 4 nights a week. I help with homework and function as a taxi. I do get "me time" from 5:30 to 6:30 AM three days a week for my exercise class. That's how we roll here. Oh and TV? My 8 year old was complaining about my "No TV between 7AM and 7PM" rule, I suggested perhaps no TV at all. And no, he does not watch Rated R or horror movies. (Though I must admit to PG-13 even with him.) Ok I'm done.

You are very impressive. There are lots of great parents here, esp. moms, to look up to. I am not a mom yet, but we met with an adoption organization today. So I am getting closer. I swear....if Laura would read this she would learn a lot about family values, limitations and good parenting. It was always my impression that she grew up in a Leave it to Beaver household, with the exception of some parental drinking...which I do not know the extent of. Maybe I am way off on this but I always thought she had a good, strong family life growing up.

BTW, it bugs me that she now says her late dad was an alcoholic. I just would not disrespect someone like that and say that about them. He'd be about 65 y/o now and many men that age would never admit to themselves that they had a problem, much less say out loud that they were an alcoholic. So it bugs me that she says it so casually.

Well Conceptis made a comment about the valley, which made me assume San Pasqual Academy...but that being a private school...they could live anywhere and still have the kids attend. Reidy Creek has only been open 2 or 3 years right? What a shame to ruin the school so soon. Maybe Rock Springs?

What is up with him criticizing Escondido? There are some great parts of the city! And I like that Moochelle has been shortened to just Mooch.

Hopefully he'll leave the skate ramp and tramp (I could make a joke here but won't) at the PQ home so he doesn't litter Escondido. sounds to me like you guys have placed most of Escondido out of bounds for the TummyMooches - and I don't blame you. They should try Ramona.

They'd better stay away from Carlsbad ('cause we don't like tramps on our lawns here).

No offense to the parents who don't work and only raise kids but.....they should pick a working mother who works her butt off and will have to cancel business meetings and whatever just to do the spa and whatever else you win....like some of you on here who work 10 hour days and are eating in the car between meetings....I am not a parent but I imagine its harder to be a full time employee and parent then just a stay at home mom. Again hope I didnt offend anyone...
I'll give you the benefit of the doubt about saying "just a stay at home mom"!

The kids live with Dannell. They go to school in her neighborhood. They do not go to school in Penaquitos. Tommy is once again making up his own fantasy of how he is super dad. He gets them every other weekend and Wednesday afternoons. The guy is not living in reality.

I was just watching an episode of the Office on DVD, the one where Michael Scott goes and interviews for a job at corporate. In typical Michael Scott fashion, the interview goes completely downhill and he gets rejected. In his world though, he turned down the job voluntarily because he couldn't leave his coworkers, and he couldn't take his girlfriend's job. He told his coworkers that, and he really believed it. While watching it, I realized that that is exactly what NoNeck does. It was just kind of funny to me. I can't imagine living in such a delusional world all of the time. I really feel badly for his kids.

Nice to see so many others here are from Escondido. I don't have anything to worry about as far as FlabHead & Mooch moving to my neighborhood. I live in the Oakhill area and it's just not classy enough for such "Big Deals". We are just the working class peeps here. No houses around here have more than 4 bedrooms so there's no place big enough for the Flabulous Sablan Circus.

First let me say, I'm not offended. Second, before having kids, I worked 50+ hours a week, I now have 3 kids and another on the way and it is a lot harder! But I know I'm lucky to be able to stay home with my kids, and at the end of the day (or the ass crack of dawn, or 1am, or 3am....) the exhaustion is always well worth it. I agree though, with whoever said they should reward the mom who both works full time, and has kids. For that matter, I also think they should reward the single Dad who works and raises his kids.

I live in Cardiff, and from time to time see Jeff..I consider him a minor irritation, and I'm usually too busy making sure my kids (and husband!) are where they need to be and so I don't really give him a 2nd glance. At this point, if I saw FH (or LBM because I think she'll probably tag along with them), I would be tempted to ram their lard asses with my shopping cart.

Wow, Mel, you really made some terrific points today. For those of you who are too tired after a long day of sitting in a salon chair today to have read Mel's post, here it is in capsule form:

NO LAURA. YOU. WERE. NOT. GOOD. ENOUGH.
You were not present, involved, committed, engaged, or good, enough. You were drunk, stoned, wasted, absent, preoccupied and self-absorbed.

And this, regarding Tubby's hair made me laugh out loud!
at least it's less creepy than the 1980's pimp flip hairdo he's been sporting since high school.

As a parent, I really applauded what you said about his need for his son to be a "Big Deal" ==
I'm confused, is it only cool if he gets famous like Tony Hawk, or is it cool because Eddie enjoys it???.

But here is where the diet coke came squirting (in a burning fizz) out the nostrils (painful, but the laugh was worth it!)

And most people that go through Laura?
Like the ghosts at her old house? Proofread your blogs you idiot.

Again I agree that full time stay at home parents have a lot of responsibility and it could be equal to a full time employee. I just think about how my mom raised my brother and I as a single parent, she worked 40 hours a week and went to school full time...not trying to discredit anyone but I think she worked harder than a lot of people, and she was still a terrific mom. I mean I think if you can be a stay at home mom your really lucky cause lots of people don't have that option. Again I'm not trying to offend anyone or piss anyone off. Because then you have people like Laura who will categorize themselves as a single mom who works full time....and we all know she is doesn't work full time. Just cause someone works and is raising kids it doesn't necessarily mean they are more qualified then the stay at home mom. And the stay at home mom isn't more qualified then the working mom either. It'd be hard to pick one person to win because there are so many good parents. It seems like a lot of them are on this board, and you all should enter the contest...it'd be funny if someone off of here won....

And they should do something for dad's as well....they probably are just aiming towards their demographic.

Tommy looks so odd is this pic with the ladies that it looks Photoshopped. Things seem so out of proportion.

I was talking to my hubby tonight about that favorite man hangout, Hooters, and accidentally called it Cooters. Got a huge laugh from him and quite a fitting name. Before today, the last time I heard that word (in the past 20 years) was Wabbit or itzmetom or someone on this board referring to Laura's trip to the ob/gyn.

I will not join the debate about stay at home vs. working mom's. Both come with their own challanges. Being a parent (and I mean actually BEING one, not just having created offspring) is the hardest job in the world - no matter what other responsibilities you may have.

On a side note - those prizes are awesome! Too bad I'm working at 9,1, and 4...although they did mention a way to enter online, I will have to check it out!!!

This really bugs me, too. It's not a contest to award deserving parents for the sacrifices they make - it's just another call-in and you win if you're lucky enough to be the right number caller or have access to multiple phones....

No, I am not an epileptic. I am shaking from sheer terror - after seeing the pictures of Laura's "dance." First, she weighs more than the guy - let's hope she doesn't land on him. Second, she his down right ugly. And third, what's up with the t-shirt, unmatching shorts, and high heals? Tacky. Remember when she kept trying out for the Charger Girls - of course she never made it (no boobs, no looks, no talents, no class, no way!)The fact that she actually thought she had a chance is proof that she was on drugs and has no concept of reality. FH's Blog Today:

Friday September 14, 2007 7:15am: I'd be lying to you if I said "everything is cool". I think I'm a bit stressed. On 8/24 when I got engaged, we both didn't know when the date would be when we would get married. We said when the kids are COOL with it. Well, they are. So, I think we kind of jumped the gun a bit and got excited about that fact and then immediately went to the next step to plan the wedding and get a house. YES, I know a few of you are saying "CHILL" "SLOW DOWN"….I hear you, I really do, but I think I love SPUR OF THE MOMENT and SPONTANEOUS things! I think I will use this weekend to take a deep breath and just be with the kids and Michelle and to check on my mom! I love my life when I'm working, checking on my mom, being with the kids. When I was looking on line for homes and deciding on PQ or Escondido or Poway Schook District or Escondido and reading all your advice via emails, then I got really "wigged out"……I know SHE IS THE ONE. I know this was meant to be, but the only thing I need to do is CHILL and just relax a bit instead of CHECKING OFF our THINGS TO DO LIST so fast.

I can see myself getting married tomorrow, but then I can see myself waiting 4 years so none of the kids get their schooling messed with and they all stay where they're at. I think that is the wisest thing to do is to just STAY PUT and let the kids stay where they all are and just BE WITH HER and when the kids are done with where they are at school THEN WE CAN GET MARRIED. Since, the day we got engaged, we have not been a part. It feels so good. It really does.

Question: Hey, maybe we can get married, but stay at the different homes and then move in after the kids schooling? What do you think?

Okay, this was a quickie. I have to do the Van Halen tickets giveaway. I will write back later.

Don't hate me...but..

I really don't think the dance is that awful! She did not make up the choreography, and personally I think she does a fine job with the follow through. I mean she is never going to be a professional dancer but....it isnt THAT BAD.

Also, I don't think she looks that fat! I mean, it is a change from her days of being strung out 24/7, and she is overweight, and does not seem to have a proper diet...but she isnt THAT bad.

My question is...am I the only one who is confused about Tummy's size? Holy cow, and literally, cow. That boy is big....and not in a good way. If I saw him on the street and he told me about his exercise routine, I would not belive him. How can he be that big? :disa: I just dont.....get it.

Perhaps I should prop a stero up on the tailgate of my car and pump some game show music through the speakers in a parking lot, a la Laura style, for everyone.

He isnt doing the 3 day walk for breast cancer. He is going to be doing a 3 day waddle (with his stubby t-rex like arms).

Carol, Carol, Carol. Let me introduce you to a little friend I like to call reality. First, if you think the dance is good, you're either blind and paralyzed or clinically insane. And second, if you don't think she's fat, you're tipping the scales at a minimum of 225 lbs.

Yes, a few years back she tried out - more than once! Laura couldn't make a Pop Warner squad - let alone a professional NFL one.

Carol - Disagree with you on the dance. I saw it earlier but it was so awful I've been comatose until now. She is stiff and awkward and has no natural rhythm. Agree with you that she is not fatty mcfatterson. She looks healthier than her drug days. She's got a bit of a pooch going and she's on the border of going to chubby girl land, but I'm not going to dog on her for having some meat on her bones yet especially if she's staying clean. Better to have some chubs than be stoned. (Boris - ha I'm only 224.5 lbs) FH on the other head is truly just a sphere of fat. Have no idea how he could be working out so much and still be so round. Like I said before he must be eating lumpia and pizza 24/7 to maintain that figure.

SATURDAY: 5:45am Iron 9am Torrey

SUNDAY: 7:45am Cowles

I got to go see ya soon.

My prediction is by the end of October he will be married....since he's so spontaneous and what not....And who gets married and lives in two separate houses? Like he's going to do that...what an idiot. I think he should just get a house in Ramona so the rest of society doesn't have to put up with all the bike ramps and trampolines...

Does he have an idea in his head that his kids will come and live with him just because he gets married?

ohmylordy.

I think his kids are smarter than that....I really think this is going to happen....he;s going to get married by the end of October buy a house wherever and try to get all the kids (hers and his) to live together in one house and turn Tommy Tube into the Brady Bunch...ugggh remember on the Brady bunch the kids would always walk in on Mr and Mrs Brady being all affectionate.....I might throw up if I ever saw that with tommy and mooch...

or maybe Im getting the show confused with the movie? The Brady Bunch movies they for sure walked in on them making out and stuff haha...regardless if that's the direction tommy tube is headed, gross!

I realized in my last post I asked a lot of questions and came across like Dil-b. That said..I have another.

Is Rick, who Laura refers to, the same Rick Moorten? Also, who is his current lady and does he have kids? I was bored last night and looked at the link someone posted with all his pics (mainly of himelf) and saw some gorgeous women and a preg woman with him.

Saw all the new video and what fine camera work! At one point the dancers are out of the camera shot and all you see are the cars in the parking lot, and maybe an inch of their shoes. Laura does need some more practice though.

An excerpt from Tommy's 2pm blob today...

Then, I went to check on my mom and take care of the people who help her during the morning. Michelle was with me with her little daughter. You know what? I think that’s all I really ever wanted in my life. All I ever wanted in my life was to be able to go visit my mom with my wife (okay, you know what I mean)…..Ever since I was a kid, all I ever dreamt of was having a job, a family, and knowing that my mom or sisters and brothers would have parties and I would go down and see them with my wife and kids. That seems so easy and basic of an idea, but I never had that UNTIL I met Michelle and it sure feels good.

IF he is such a good EX to Dannell, why does he say this rude stuff about the mother of his kids?

Boris, Boris, Boris, I think you may have to read my post properly next time. I said the dance was not awful, there was no mention of the dance being good, I do not disagree that she can not dance. I did however, say that she did fine on the follow through of the whole thing. She might not be able to dance, but it looks like she is actually trying to do SOMETHING to put on a show (then again when isn't she...) she at least took the time to memorize the dance moves, and actually looks like she put effort into the dance. It's not good, but it looks just fine.

and I still don't think she is fat, as I said, overweight? YES! Tub o lard? No.

Hello Carol. She may not look like a bucket of hardened lard to the naked eye, but the threads on her stretchy clothes, if you listen carefully, are begging for mercy. They could ship Laura off to Iraq and use her as a new WMD - send her into a crowd of bad guys, have her take out a pair of nail clippers, snip one of the abused threads, and BAMMMM! Dear Diary,

Two fun things from yesterday…
I got an email from a listener who gave me directions to a castle in the College Area. I was all over it like white on rice. When I picked up Charlie from school, I told him we were going to visit a castle before picking up Evan. He just nodded because he was reading his new library book. I followed the coordinates and ended up in a neighborhood off of El Cajon Blvd, and whaddaya know? There's a castle in a regular ol' neighborhood in the College Area. It has a draw bridge, a knight in the front window and a MOAT!!!!! Yes, a MOAT. We got out of the car, walked up to the gate and just looked at it. Someone walked by one of the windows, so we bailed really quick. I wonder if that guy likes it when people admire his mini castle or if he wants to set up guards with guns in the front. Whatever the case, it was a fun little field trip.

On the drive from Charlie's school to the castle to Evan's school to Tommy's house, Charlie read a 102 page book. The whole thing! The kid is incredible. ..

----BREAKING NEWS….Philip and I did our dance in the parking lot just now. The carwash guy was out there, so was about half the building. People were watching from the windows. I put the boombox on the tailgate of my car. I switched my flip-flops for my dance shoes and off we went. Unfortunately, the parking lot slopes slightly. I kind of bit it a few times. And my big final back dip in Philip's arms sucked because I ran into his chest by accident. Oh well. At least I did it in front of people. Tomorrow night I'll be all dolled up and stuff, so maybe it'll be a little more real. I dunno. I'm going to have to really WORK IT during my lesson tonight. I'm going to ask Philip to beat my butt tonight!------

The other fun thing I wanted to tell you about was my dinner last night. Rick and I took advantage of my Fleming's gift card that's been in my wallet for two months now. We had the best steak. Diet Coke and steak is starting to taste okay together. The Fleming's wine list is so extensive, the booze menu looks like a phone book. The good news was that I wasn't tempted in the slightest. It's going away. My desires are fading away.

After dinner, Rick wanted to see the castle, so we drove back out there. He took some pictures and some video. I'm pretty sure that's not something we should've been doing, but it's just too cool not to. I kept thinking to myself.."I can't believe I'm in this neighborhood
twice today." Pretty cool.

I hope no one tells me to break a leg tomorrow night because there's a huge possibility that I will…literally!

See you tomorrow, Diary.

Boris, I am with Carol. She has gained a little weight but she is not fat and is off drugs. She probably should work on eating healthier foods and learning to cook healthy meals for everyone. That might be a great idea for her and her hours of free time.

The award wining camera work does not help either in the Tommycam or dancing in the parking lot video as it adds the pundage. I certainly don't wish Laura any ill will. I hope she can stay clean and get her life together and have a good relationship with her kids. Dave Cain is certainly gone, but she can improve things with her kids.

I think this board is great for critizing the stupid selfish things Tommy, Laura, Jeff and Jer do.....but to say people are ugly, fat and insulting the kids looks is immature. Weren't we taught as kids (and don't those of you who have kids do this) to not call people names?

I personally have called Tommy an idiot a hundred times because this whole Moochelle thing IS idiotic as is 99% of his Blob this year. Not sure what the other 1% is, but I am giving him that.

First - we don't know that she's off drugs. Knowing her lack of follow through on things that matter and her selfishness - there's a big chance she's still chasing lines and chugging booze. If you look at the pictures of Charlie posted this week, you'll see what her drinking and drugs caused. I certainly was affected in womb. Laura will never improve things with her kids - she's too selfish and there's no immediate benefit to her. Yes, healthier food would be good - step away from the Twinkie!
