Earlier in the week someone had posted flight info and I was wondering if it gave a flight #. FH is weaseling out of picking the kids up as usual, claiming his flight doesn't arrive until 4pm. I checked the US Air website and there isn't a flight at 4pm. My guess is the BIG DEALS are flying in on the only non-stop flight that arrives at 12:04p. Can you repost if you know..
---------------------------------------------------------
I was the one that was able to find the flight info. I'm glad I was able to find this to just prove again what a compulsive liar he is. He gets caught up in his lies constantly, he doesn't seem to know the meaning of the truth. His blogs are a bunch of BS

LBM is one classy lady. After Rick & Jen pointed out that Laura was flashing a little nip in her dance photographs, you would think they would take it down from the website....
Not the case. That lovely picture is still on the Spewgram's webspage. :lick: That is one classy broad.

I just checked the US Airways website. His flight is estimated to arrive 10 minutes early! Better watch out, FH, we are enjoying catching you in your many lies!!!!!

Notice that Laura hasn't done her diary for today. I'm sure she had to work extra hard today to fill in for Jer and FH and is needing a nap. Sure hope she gets her nap before she picks up her babies so they're not running around free and naked

I'm half tempted to meet him there just to see the look on his face when he realizes once again that he got caught in another pathetic lie. I told him if he wasn't there to pick up the kids from school he would lose his visitation for the weekend. It's ridiculous when FH thinks I'm going to jump through his hoops. How about be responsible FH.

"FH, your kids are not things to be used for your fantasized glory. Women are not things to be used to make you look better or to satisfy your needs. Listeners are not things to be used to garner sympathy or make you feel good about yourself. They are human beings. You're lack of respect for all human beings is disturbing and sad. You are a sad, sad, sad little man, FH."
well said. his blog continues to creep me out. He is totally trying to project himself through his children.
Amused, you should start calling him the moment he is really scheduled to touch down. LOL!
His whole deal about the Van Halen "Rock Royalty" is sickening, too. If Van Halen's son chooses music, great. But I do think it is all about the money. great for them, but easy dough is one sure way to send young people on a road through hell.

I'm new and boy do I need to get a life (or go to a 12-step "get off the internet" meeting). I can't believe how intrigued I've been about these people even though I stopped regularly listening since about the time Laura was pregnant with Charlie! The show was so boring that only out of commuting desperation I have listened once in a great while and heard a few changes (baby #2 for Laura). I always felt slightly less smart by the time I arrived to work.
Here's my one comment before I go cold turkey off the internet for awhile. I'd be willing to wager a pedicure that Laura is full-on ADHD. This "makeup" is hotly disputed, but she has every last one of the classic symptoms:
Hallmark: easily bored, which seems to lead to...
* self absorbed
* attention demander
* addictions - esp. to cocaine (if true), has a calming effect for them
* constantly moving (hair twirling, legs, feet, hand picking)
* difficulty reading
* inappropriate (Laura needs to shut her legs on film, quit hiking her dress up, and quit bending over in front of Tommy--the whole looking for a book thing on TomTomTV was cringe worthy)
* needs to be the center of attention
* constantly in chaos
* tendency to act incredibly juvenile and childlike
* known for using poor judgment
* impulsive
* natural entertainer types
* high and low energy extremes - go like puppies and then just fall over and crash.
* napper (I wouldn't be surprised if she suffers from insomnia)
* rocky relationships
They say that jail and rehab are full of these types, but they are also some of our more intriguing, creative, life of the party people. I'll bet Davecain is growing up and doesn't want a third baby named Lauracain.

No there was no party. Vanessa did cry real tears and when I told her that her Dad was engaged she looked quizzical and asked "to who?". That said it all! Its unfortunate that he chooses to ignore the emotional challenges that he throws onto the kids. For someone that blobs about what a great father he is I haven't seen anything more than the monetary love that he showers on them. Anyone can take your kids shopping. Even on the weekends that he has the kids (4 days a month) why is he out boosting his ego entertaining listeners when he should be entertaining his own children. He could do that the other two weekends! Not to mention the fact that he's leaving them unsupervised. Shall we nominate him Father of the Year... or not!
One more tip to Tommy. If you're going to continue blobbing then you should take a night course in English so that you can get your grammar up to speed and appear more articulate. The time would be better spent there than in the sweat box yoga class because those are proving to be pointless. Spend the money on gas getting you to Mesa College, or hire a tutor.
Hey FH .... GET A CLUE!
Okay... That's all. Have a nice weekend :wavey2:

A "notice of pendency of action" or "notice" is a notice of the pendency of an action in which a real property claim is alleged. [Code Civ. Proc. §405.2] Formerly known as a "lis pendens", a notice of pendency of action provides constructive notice to purchasers or encumbrancers of real property of any pending court actions affecting title to or possession of real property and enables those parties to find notice of pending litigation in the recorder’s office in which the real property is located. It furnishes the most certain means of notifying all persons of the pendency of the action and to warn them against any attempt to acquire a legal or equitable interest in the real property. A notice of pendency of action gives constructive notice not only of the facts apparent on the face of the pleadings in the action, but also all facts concerning the pending court action that could have been ascertained by proper inquiry.

Well folks, another 1 week vacation for the showgram. Laura has been back barely 2 months and is already on her 2nd week off since coming back. Of course Jerry got to take a day off early as is his usual MO. I'm guessing both Tom and Jerry got their entire trip to Charlotte paid for by the station b/c they broadcasted from there yesterday. It sounds like 2 days in Charlotte is going to set the station back over $4,500.

Ahhh! That certainly clarifies any confusion I had. Thank you!
All kidding aside, I was under the belief that it was a pre-forclosure. Lenders use it when three consecutive monthly payments are missed. The lender files a "Summons & Complaint" which opens a Lis Pendens.

I think Amused & FH had agreed that he would pick the kids up from school and now he was telling Amused that his plan wasn't getting back to SD until after 4 p.m. (which has proven to be a lie...) It amazes me that FH continues to dish up his BS to everyone, including his "original" family, and who thinks everyone is going to buy it. He's a pathological liar - so many lies, it's hard to keep it straight. That, and he mindf*cks himself into believing his own lies. He's a BIG OLD loser.
I really hate how condescending he is to people who write to him and who don't necessarily subscribe to his crap. You can tell it really gets to him. Tommy: If you're going to be in showbiz, babe, you need to grow a thicker skin (instead of a thicker stomach). Hope you and Jer had a great time, now welcome back to reality......one of you is about to marry a woman who is going to walk all over you like a doormat, and the other married a woman who looks like she escaped from Ringling Bros. Good luck with all that.

She's been doing stuff with the art museum for years - obviously, Jer knows how to bring home the bacon (which, ironically, neither of them will ever eat). You have to have $$$$$$ to be involved in these "upper crust" charities.
At one time, she was also president of his foundation, Unicorn Foundation. They did charitable acts for animal rights, which I support wholeheartedly.

I am a big game hunter and have paid thousands to hunt exotic animals for sport. It gives me a lot of pleasure and I always eat everything I kill. Alligators, anaconda, lions, giraffe, tiger, buffalo, bear, and even panda. My favorite is wild boar. It’s costly, but if I can, I prefer to stuff them for display in my private trophy room. Is this wrong? I also have a vegetable garden… It does wonders for attracting rabbits for winter coats and stew. Nothing lights a woman's fire like lean elk, roasted over an open flame and marinated in Jack.

Funny costume! A two-headed moron!
What a hypocrite!!! Forgive me for jumping into Dilbert's time machine, but I just realized something.
From Laura's 9/12 Diary:
"Let me tell you how much interest I had in Tommytube taping yesterday…NONE! But, I sucked it up and rolled with it... I'll expose myself on camera, but I won't expose my kids. You can hear 'em…oh, yes, you can hear 'em chattering and laughing and yelling for me in the background, but see them you won't."
What a load of crap. You can clearly see Evan's face all over the Star website, and on Tommytube. They pixelate her face about half the time. In a week, they'll even stop doing that.
So don't try playing the protective mother bear (have there been enough animal/hunting cliche's today?) role - we can see right through it.

This is a bit of a sidenote, but not really....
My husband is late getting home tonight so I am sitting here (wasting time) flipping channels. I come across The Hills on MTV. What is the premise of this? Are these real people, actors or what as it seems odd. I ask because either Laura or Moochelle indicated that they like The Hills, which would be right up their alley as it is lame and superficial.
Is that what TommyTubTube is supposeed to be modeled after? Please someone help.

LBM is one classy lady. After Rick & Jen pointed out that Laura was flashing a little nip in her dance photographs, you would think they would take it down from the website....
Not the case. That lovely picture is still on the Spewgram's webspage. :lick: That is one classy broad.
I thought it was interesting in the TummyTube that Laura mentioned to FH "Didn't you see some guy blew up the photo so you could really see?"... more proof that they follow along here maybe?

I totally agree with you Jake! It was pathetic! Not to mention, Jeff acting very obnoxious towards Laura. He is always belittling her. Don't get me wrong, LBM, but at least have the decency to fake respect towards your co-workers especially in front of listeners. He needs a dose of humility.
I know I'm probably the only one here... but I do listen to the Showgram only for Jeff, who I find adorable and entertaining (although a bit self righteous)...and, in his defense, Laura has been acting like a whining child for the last 10 years... always late and unprepared... I'm sure he's just at a point that he is using sarcasm and humor to avoid telling her the truth, on the air, that she's a big fat loser.

I met them both in person many years ago - there is nothing adorable or genuine about them. They are as phony as Pamela Anderson's boobs.
I was a HUGE fan of theirs at the time (young and stupid), and was crushed when I saw just how phony they were......it was disturbing to me. The phony, rehearsed bits and laughs - they do that in person, too. Sad.

This was my experience with meeting them as well. It was a few years back at Jingle Ball. Very fake, very rehearsed. Jer didn't speak much, just drank his beer and obviously stared at my boobs. Any time I saw them talking to people Jer seemed bored by the "listeners they consider family", and Jeff did nothing but brag and repeat his script.

One time when my kids were about 7 and 9 we ran into Randy and Jeff and Jeff's family at a meet-n-greet at a Sam's Club. We were shopping and when we came out they were all there and my kids ran up to say hello. They liked Randy back then because of all the "Do stuff to Randy" days. They said hello to Randy and told him they thought it was funny that he had police dogs chase him. He was polite, but not what I'd call friendly. The kids didn't notice. But Jeff looked at them like he was looking at dog poo, and Nina looked so, so, so bored about having to be at the stupid meet and greet. (Why was she even there???) Jeff didn't say hello to the kids. They didn't know it was Jeff and I didn't tell them who the bored orange stranger with a cheap wig on was. This was in the day of his tiny teeth -- he looked so, so odd. Nina looked like she was ridden hard and put away wet.

Jeff: " I know we live in a busy world, but in our heart-of-hearts, we need to know every day is a new page in the book-of-life, every day is a new chapter in our life as it unfolds.
Marriage is all about being committed. Raising children is all about paying attention to the things children need. My children are really bright! Laura's family is the best family! I love hearing the great stories about you great family! Even though your family is not a family, I love your family!"

That may be so...and who knows how they really relate to one another off the air. But his condescending ways, not only towards Laura, but sometimes towards Delana, Randy, and Tummy really bugs me. I don't think Jeff has always been this way. I think money and so called fame has gotten to his head and he acts like a big deal. I used to like Jeff because he did seem genuine, but mind you, I have never met him in person. Aside from his rude interruptions, I just don't like how he's been presenting himself lately. There was a time when the two J's personalities where distinguishable. Now they are slowly meshing into one.

Wanky: There was a time when the two J's personalities where distinguishable. Now they are slowly meshing into one.
That is it! Jeff was once likeable and seemed genuine. But that was years ago and J & J have truly meshed into one. It's their general air of "I don't want to relate to you and I don't have to" which goes along with being a Big Frickin' Deal (BFD) in their worlds.
Randy still seems a little likeable though. And I said before, Delana simply showed up at the wrong party. I've gotta believe she is wanting to find a better gig. Speaking of which, I used to work in the business and Tommy cannot say he doesn't know what the NAB is or what the initials stand for. And I think the big DJ convention each year is an NAB thing. With Clear Channel being as dominant as they are I am sure he has been a longstanding member of the NAB.
(I don't guess Amused, as she has mentioned, would never use longstanding member in the same sentence as Tommy.)

I happened to get into my car this morning and the "Best (oxymoron) of Jeff and Jer" was on. It was a replay of the Randy press conference. It was even more annoying than the first time I was subjected to it before I immmediately switched to another station.
And I decided to completely lose my mind and watch TummyTube episode 4. Here are some thoughts on that:
1. Trainwreck, trainwreck, trainwreck
2. FH really is a FH - and holding a pillow in front of your gut just reminds everyone that you are trying to hide your fat gut.
3. Laura is a fidgety, immature, bimbo- 'nough said on that.
4. What a couple of self-involved buffoons. Why are they doing this? Why in the world would anyone in their right mind want to be videotaped and then air their lives for everyone to see? I guess the issue here is that these two are not anywhere close to being in their right minds.
5. Laura, for God's sake, if you're going to continue to be a featured act in the TummyTube Circus, do it when Dave has the kids. You choose to put yourself out there- they don't have any choice in the matter. Hell, I'll even ask one of my daughters to babysit for free if that helps to get your kids off of this trainwreck to Crazy Town!

I think LBM thinks that having her kids there "reinforces" that she's a great Mom, and that she has her kids all the time (transparent subliminal message gone wrong). She's so far gone on the "I'm such a big deal" crap that she doesn't realize she ignores her kids constantly, and thereby, treats them like crap. If I were Dave Cain (and if this divorce is as contentious as we think it is), then I'd be thoroughly documenting all of her online and on-video actions. Day after day, she just reinforces the fact that she's a Mom like Britney Spears is a Mom.
LBM, FH and Moochie want EVERYONE to think that their kids are their priorities - the only thing that is a priority to them is THEM. :throw: Their actions speak louder than words (and lame blobs).

Saturday September 29, 2007 1pm: Remember, Caedmon the 9 month old baby boy I wrote about earlier in the week? He had surgery on Friday to remove the tumor and it went well and the tumor is gone. His grandmother emailed me today to let me know and to thank YOU for your prayers for her grandson!
I did Iron Mountain this morning and it was the best pace I ever had and kept! I have been thinking about why my calves burn so much at the start over the last month and I have been struggling to go up Iron a lot over the last couple of times. So, I decided to STRETCH more and yesterday on the plane I was seated where a wall was in front of me. The whole ride home I stretched my legs and calves especially and I did it more last night and again this morning before the hike and you know what? I was able to go faster and there was NO BURN. I felt like I was in shape this morning. I was the first up to the mailbox, but the ones that usually go up there first (EJ, Ana, Gail, and Janet) kind of let me. I could feel them behind me and I could tell if I let up one second, they would pass me up, so I tried hard to continue the pace, but I have a strange feeling, they kind of LET ME go up first. That was nice of those guys to at least PRETEND I was going fast. J
I also did Torrey Pines this morning and like I said before in past blogs, THIS IS SUCH an inspirational walk. Many new people come to this walk and many people with goals to lose a lot of weight come there every Saturday and YOU SEE a HUGE difference weekly in their faces and their attitudes. Today I saw some of the people with the major goals to lose weight look so happy about where they are in their lives.
I got the kids yesterday and had a great time with them, but they ditched me today to go to a big party where Eddie had to wear a suit, so it was okay for them to go, but I get them tomorrow and since we’re off on Monday, I’m going to take them to school and all that stuff.
At this very moment while I type this blog, Michelle is watching the Linda McCartney story. I am so happy. I want her to see what I mean about the love Paul and Linda have. I really think that Michelle and I have that same thing. It was so cool to have Michelle drop me off at the airport on Wednesday and then be there for me when I got off the plane on Friday. It’s a good feeling to have someone pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Michelle told me that’s what WHEN HARRY MET SALLY is all about. I have to watch that movie this weekend.
Being with Jerry in Charlotte was very cool. We had some deep conversations. NEXT YEAR is going to be a fun year on the air. It’s our 20th year together. Can you believe that? The Jeff and Jer Showgram: 20 Years in San Diego! You got to be at the party for that celebration!

I'm a long-time lurker and have finally gotten up the nerve to post. I love you guys! Talk about funny!!!
I'll just put my two cents in to say that I'm a fairly new listener to the JJ Spewgram (about two years), and at first I thought they were really quite funny. But as time went on, I couldn't understand why LBM had a perpetual cold (and she REALLY bugged me from day #1), what was a "Little Tommy," and why did he have to speak through some sort of apparatus and continually say "But uh...", what was Randy there for, why was Jerfy so high-and-mighty and why couldn't he pronouce his "s's" ("Shay gang, whatsh new in Shan Diego?"), and how come Jeff had been married so many, many, many times? In all honesty, though, I do have to fess up and say that I think Jeff is pretty funny, even though he does rudely interrupt throughout the show. I know, I know...as a newbie, I expect a lashing.
My bit of news, however, is that I'm almost positively certain that I saw Moochie (is that right? Or is it Moochelle?) at Von's yesterday afternoon at around 4:45 pm (in Rancho Penasquitos). I was walking in, and she was walking out and stupid me didn't look into her shopping cart to see what she had purchased, plus, stupid me didn't nonchalantly follow her to see what kind of car she drove. I have to be honest. She looked cute. Very tan, very white teeth (a lot of them), cute outfit (sorta tight), hair looked good (no roots showing) seemed nice (Boy Scouts were selling stuff, and she did take the time to speak to them, but didn't buy)... I felt that it would have been too obvious for me to turn right around, slam my cart back into the cart line and follow her to her car. But, darn, I should have at least tried.
I go to Von's often and am always on the lookout. (I also go to Stater Bros. in RP and have seen Rod Luck numerous times, but not FH). As I do live nearby, I have driven by FH's house, and it's just what people have posted. You can't exactly "drive by" as he does live in a cul-de-sac and his house is right next to the canyon.
Anyway, that's my news. Again, I have so enjoyed reading everyone's posts. You guys are so much better, smarter, funnier than the spewgram ever will be.

Welcome Rancho!!! I'll be in your neighborhood next week visiting an old neighbor who moved there. Of course, I plan to drive around a little to stalk the famous Case de Big Deal. My husband and I are in the midst of relandscaping, and I was thinking maybe the trampoline/skate ramp style would look good. :gle: That's funny that you couldn't bring yourself to stalk Moochelle. I wouldn't have been able to, either.
And OneKid, you are exaggerating! LBM does NOT only shop at 7-11. Sometimes she takes Charlie and Evan to the liquor store for scratchers! Stop trying to make her look like a bad mom with your outlandish accusations.

Thank you for your warm welcome. Yes, 7-11, of course. There are two in this area. I will keep my eyes open (and ears for nasally voices) for Big Deals. I shall also perhaps drive by (or turn around fast and drive by) FH's place more often.

Bless Amused for posting here. Wow. It's almost painful to read her posts. But it certainly sounds like she's a great mom; grounded, knows how to set limits, has a moral compass, etc., and has moved on into a relationship that is obviously much more honest and happier.

I love you guys!! We have to figure out at way to get one of most literate posters on the j/j spewgram and try to out them on the air. What else can we do? I would love to mess with these guys! As I think I said before I've been in SD since 85 and have seen them in all their iterations....It's time for the forum to take action (:)

The NAB annual concention was held in Charlotte this year the same time that FH and pompous one went to the VH concert, so you know they staion footed the bills (First Class travel, hotels, concert tix). Luckily neither won any awards there for best radio personality or best station. Again, I cannot for the life of me know why and what FH sees in Moochelle. She has all the classic signs of someone who care less of others and more of herself and her lifestyle being with the "highest" moneymaker. SHe probably makes more in child support and alimony than most do in a year and she has new parts to an old engine. It is only time before we will start hearing the "Woe is me" from FH as Mooch will move on to bigger fish with more bankroll.
Where is this Sedona place?? Is is Arizona?
How come she doesn't stay local to be around the kids and be a MOTHER to them?? Or did they go...we pray not...
All in all, this shogram has run dry. Ideas are old, cast are old. No wonder the JACKFM Monkey moved in. Yes, that's it, get an animal on the show (no not FH or Randy in a gorilla suit). Get Triumph the insult comic dog or a similar character......Just my thoughts.
Poor Laura, the temptation to booze it up. Her horrible life (That she created) but we must feel sorry for her as she is SD's #1 Big Deal.

The Big Deals will be on vacation soon. October starts on Monday, why not break for another vacaton. November's excuse will be Turkey Week, and then December and January will be a combined holiday/New Year shut-down. Or perhaps a wedding.
Since LBM was in rehab for 3 months this year, (just another paid vacation, I'd assume) maybe she should go to the studio and go on-air during the vacation? But then, we do need a vacation from LBM, so we can consider it a blessing that it won't be The Solo (or would that be So Low) Laura Show.
The namesakes J&J don't have blogs, diaries, webisodes or even any appearances. For all we know, they telecommute from home and don't even report to the studio during their daily 6'ish to 10'ish interruption of the day. Remind me again why it is the J&J show?
As I was listening this week, Jeff sure was bagging on Laura on her outfit, and her 'shroud of Turin' knees. Emily made an attempt to airbrush Laura's knees from the original photo, as they looked baggy and deformed. When LBM was describing her bracelet/bangle, Jeff made a comment like "Is that your lap band?" (refering to gastric bypass surgery term). Jeff was making digs on LBM, yeah it isn't hard to find faults, and I'm not sticking up for her. I just find it interesting because in the same week, Jeff was mentioning that he is doing the L.A. Weight Loss program. But since we never seen their ButtUglyMugs (BUMs) other than LBM and FH who are over exposed on the TubbyTube, I just don't know what to think.

You know what else bugs me? FH announcing his running total of how many nights in a row he has slept with Moochelle. I couldn't bring myself to look in his blogs and quote him, but it seems that he has mentioned it several times recently. Tommy, how do you think your kids feel when they read that? Just because they can cope with another fiance at the dinner table, certainly doesn't mean they want to be slapped in the face with your sex life. Remember they are learning how to be a parent from every move you make.
Amused, hang in there. Fighting a child custody battle in California is like being up to your hat in quicksand. But shining a light on what happens at FH's house will help protect all of the children involved. If more than one person on this blog has driven down that cul-de-sac, just imagine who else has. I doubt the neighbors are aware of just how public their street has become, and from what FH says there are kids unsupervised in his yard all the time. A, can you warn those parents?

I've been to Sedona a couple of times, and it has become known for its cuisine and "adult beverages". Not the place I would have picked if I was a recovering booze hound. Also, Sedona is very expensive...I can think of at least 20 better ways to spend the money.
A good mom would have attempted to make arrangments with Dave to spend more time with the kids. And maybe while the kids were in school she could start house/condo/apartment shopping. These people have their priorites so far out of whack that its disgusting

Hi Amused!
Okay Guys, I've been laid up a week and haven't been online so I had some major reading to catch up on and I have one thing that just sticks out ....and I was really hoping for it to be the opposite.
Vanessa caught FH & Moochelle making out on the sofa???? I had been semi-hoping this "FH & Moochelle are engaged" was a stint for the show like the carwash girl, to gain ratings...but EWWWWWW...it's for real?
Now I've really lost any micro-millimeter (is that truly a measurement?) of respect for Moochelle that I might of had.
So, if they are obviously a "pair", why is she so distant in the Tummytube video's? I can't believe she's camera shy! She's a money grubber who dates the next best step up...so?????

Vanessa walked in on FH and MOOCH and I am sure it was a little more than kissing. He is an idiot, and I know it takes two to tango, but I don't personally know of any woman who would do anything that would be risky for the kids to see. Classless.

My thoughts exactly! They are so selfish that they totally disregard that there are young children in the house. It's disgusting! If they can't control themselves, why not use LBM's bedroom? She's out of town! I feel SOOOOOOOOO sorry for Vanessa. 12 is such a tough age anyway without having to walk in on your dad in all his glory with his girlfriend!
Both claim to have the best interest of their kids in mind... gimme a break! We all know FH's deal with compulsive lying about how close he is with his kids, but I don't get Mooch. She's a single mother of 3 little kids. Where does she find time to work, raise 3 kids and spend practically every night and day with FH? I'm married with 2 kids and have almost NO time to myself! Obviously she has arrangements with the kids' dad, but still... I feel sorry for those kids.

Something has been bothering me since I heard it a couple of weeks ago. I know, I know, I shouldn't keep things bottled up...
OK...a couple of weeks ago when we were supposed to have received "the storm of the century" "the first significant rainfall of the season" or "Storm-watch 2007", I remember Jerry the Brilliant giving listeners his always astute observations. On this particular morning, after Cal's traffic and semi-weather report, Jerry noted "it is now pouring in Catalina...so the rain is on its way!"
Schmuck. I can friggin' SEE Catalina from my place of employment and it was beautiful! Clear as a bell! Why does he have the need to be so friggin' pompous??

Sunday September 30, 2007 5:30pm: I just got home from watching the Chargers game, OOOPS the Chiefs game! If you lose a game and you try and things just don’t go your way, that’s life, but to see LT wide open to the right of the TV screen and Philip Rivers throws the ball away, just got me sick to my stomach. I knew this was going to happen. I even tried to take myself out of the game emotionally this morning by electing NOT to watch it. I picked up Michelle at noon to go shopping for a picture frame for a cool picture of us together. BUT, we ended up at the Cheesecake Factory and watched a little bit of the game which wasn’t that bad during the first part of it. I guess FH forgot that he told us he would have the kids back today and be dropping them off at school in the morning....typical pathological liar...can't keep all his lies straight
THEN the 2nd half we were at my mom’s in Chula Vista. The visit was great and Michelle and my sister Rose had a great talk that was very cool to see and to hear about. My Auntie Ding and my mom were doing great. I was happy about that.
BUT, I had the game on. What happened in the 2nd half is a blur to me. It is traumatic for me to even try to recall. I cannot watch the news and see highlights. I see people walking around and driving around with Charger gear and I get an upset stomach. Where is Marty? Where is that dude? Why did they let him go?
Why didn’t Philip Rivers see LT to the right?
I am a longtime Charger fan, ever since the stadium was just called THE STADIUM, long before the name Jack Murphy was even decided on.
I feel so down and so let down that I cannot think.
Where is Marty?

What makes me sick to my stomach is how FH cares more about the Chargers than his children. He never misses a Charger game but has no problem missing time with his kids when he only has them 4days out of the month (By the way FH - lamest lie ever was about Eddie having to go to a party in a suit..ummm he's like 10..where's he going to the Oscars or something?). He has time to shop for a frame for a picture of himself and Moochelle but can't take a moment out to be with his children. Fh is one sick messed up bastard.

My dad is a lot like fh and honestly by the time I was his kids age I already disliked my dad so much for choosing anything else as a priority than my brother and I....not to mention my extreme hatred for the Denver Broncos thanks to my dad....hahaha
It is sad FH cares more about the game and picture frames then spending time with his kids, but for kids at that age I'm sure they rather be with their friends anyways....I always hated the weekends I was with my dad cuz that meant I couldn't see my friends since he lived like a 1/2 hour from my moms house.
I am a die hard football fan but when a team I like looses I don't get sick to my stomach or let my life and mood be determined by the outcome of a game...maybe if my team looses for 5 minutes Im bummed but Im not dwelling on it and being a fair weathered fan like FH....ugh! theres my venting

Her page says she's 35 years old. That's the same age as Krusten. Isn't tommy around 47? Nice age gap but then again this is what we expected from the showgram. Jeff is about 17 years older than Krusten. Randy, believe it or not, is at least 18 years older than Debbie(this was confirmed when Jeff said there is a bigger age difference between Randy and Debbie than him and Krusten). Here we see Tommy finally dating someone closer to his age unlike the 20 somethings of the past like Christie and Sharloe. I wonder if we'll see Laura dating an SDSU student before too long.

Since the September vacations have always been about annual trips to Disneyland staying at the Grand Californian Hotel for the Cain family it looks like this year's vacation is all about "me, me, me" for Laura. "Because that's all he knows. He was raised that way and for that I blame his Mother, completely." -A
I'll make a wild guess that the whole family is one big mess. Two siblings have died from drug-related issues, right? And they lived or at least were welcome back to the home when there were other kids around...is there any doubt that T Sablan was a user/seller at least at some point?
He's mentioned before their economics...it's always a wonder to me why folks would continue on having kids in that kind of environment...but there are many siblings. He was sleeping on the couch, since there were not enough beds for the kids. I'm sure the whole clan is a collection of emotionally/morally bankrupt and damaged goods.
He's had multiple opportunities to stop, examine himself, and go in a different direction. I think one of the reasons he refuses to admit he is a substance addict is that he cannot face the truth about his upbringing. It's easier to pretend things were good, it's easier to pretend his Mother was a "Good Mom" and he can pretend he is an equal with those he wishes he were like. But his self-loathing comes out in how he treats his own children, his wife (while they were married) and all of his array of "sex partners" in the past and for all time. They are all insignificant hangers on in his mind.
I feel so badly for his daughter--it's my armchair psychological opnion that the relationships young girls have with their fathers totally shape their self-image and really have an impact on how they fare in their own relationships with men down the line. He's setting her up for a line of abusive and narcisssistic men if she follows the stats.

My Man Bloats (as in Moochelle's man- thanks Longcommute for your anagram post-very funny!)is my very favorite one.
Just a thought- since he lies about everything else, do you think FH really played the drums backstage of the Van Halen concert venue? I doubt it now that we have proof of what a big fat liar he is. Oh, I jus answered my own question.

FH's Blog:
Monday October 1, 2007 10am: Happy birthday to Jeff and to my brother in law Dennis! I hooked up Jeff to see the dress rehearsal to SNL over the weekend. He got to see Lebron James and Kanye West up close and personal which is pretty cool. Laura is on her journey as we speak and is doing great in Sedona. Jerry is eating leaves somewhere in Tahiti. Randy is probably at Disneyland. I’m not sure where Delana is, but I’m right here working and being home and enjoying every minute of it.
I’ve said this before, but I would choose doing what I did this morning and knowing I’m home all week long just catching up on stuff and relaxing over most vacations.
The first of the month is always a time for me to reflect and focus on the future or upcoming days.
FOR ME, this is the final lap so to speak of the year. This is the last CLIMB up that mountain before you get to the top. It’s October 1st and there are only 3 full months left in the year and it’s time to celebrate and to prepare for the holidays and Thanksgiving and Christmas and Hanukah and the New Year 2008!
What that means to me is to STEP IT UP in working out. What does that mean? I think I can do Iron and Cowles in my sleep and I have been. I “STROLL” up those hills and walk and take my time and it’s a great workout, BUT I think I’m going to start pushing myself MORE at those two places because I think I can now. STRETCHING properly is the key and I wish I took STRETCHING more serious as I began to walk and hike. I can’t just RUN ON THE FIELD like I used to as a kid. I have to stretch my legs and especially my calves before I do Iron and Cowles. I want to try hard to pick up the pace now, instead of being LAST as I usually am.
NOW, Torrey Pines is different. THAT IS A STROLL for me. I love taking my time at Torrey and talking and walking. So, I’ll be last all the time at Torrey.
Also, as I take the final lap of the year, I want to have a great Christmas and Holiday. I want to celebrate this year MORE THAN ANY OTHER YEAR in my life because 2007 may be the greatest year of my adult life. So, I want to celebrate the walks and hikes and the people that join me. Somehow, I want to set up a big party around Thanksgiving and just EAT BAD and DRINK A BUNCH and to give thanks for all of them for becoming a big part of my life.
Today, is traditionally the day I start REALLY thinking about BREAKING AND ENTERING. This is a thing I do around Christmas where we help a family on the air and we give them a big time Christmas that they probably wouldn’t have without assistance. I want this Breaking and Entering to be HUGE and I have so many people aleady wanting to help and we haven’t even found the family yet. WE DO HELP many other families OFF the air. I will start working hard on gathering things and picking a family that would benefit this the most.
I also want to give my family the best Christmas this year. From Eddie and Vanessa to my mom to my sister’s to Michelle and her children to everyone. I want to make sure we have a special Christmas this year. When I say give my “kids” the best Christmas. It’s not always about gifts at all. What I want to give my children this year is the meaning of Breaking and Entering and how we help families out OFF THE AIR for most of them. I want my kids to go shopping with me and to buy gifts for people they probably will never meet. I want my kids to learn that people all over this country and parts of San Diego may not get a gift at all and to support groups and programs that do help out families. Last year, Eddie was able to go with me to the Breaking and Entering we did on the air and that was so cool to see him bring in toys and set up the house. I want to keep that a tradition. I hope when I’m long gone from this world that Eddie and Vanessa continue to do their version of Breaking and Entering. That would be cool.
So, on the first of October, I feel really good going in to the final lap of the year. I feel focused and in shape. I’m not at all “skinny”, but I feel mentally and physically at peace with everything. I just got a great massage and spoke to Carla during the whole hour and she really got me in a good place spiritually with her knowledge of stuff.
So, I’m on my way to see the kids and take Eddie his lunch. When I get back today, LETS GO WORKOUT. Email me or call me okay?
Who knows, I’m so fired up right now and feeling good, maybe I can run up Cowles Mountain all the way to the top just on adrenaline. (maybe not) J

Eddie and Vanessa can be with him as long as it is On Air and public so everyone can see what a great dad he is and the great lessons he's teaching him. If it is time Off Air then forget about it...where's the publicity and ego stroking in that?

What a priviliged bunch to be part of FH's walking/hiking entourage! They get another party for stroking his ego and making him feel good about himself. They are SO lucky because only FH has the power and money to throw these underprivileged and uncultured people a shindig they will never forget! Oh how I wish I could be one of them....NOT!
I figured out why he loves to Blob so much. Since everything that comes out of his mouth are lies for the most part, he figures, when he writes it down, he might convince himself even more and his followers, they're truths. It's his way of sounding important and it makes him feel less of a loser when he refuses to believe it.

Amen to that! Wabbit you are so incredibly perceptive I do believe you own a very large hammer because you hit the nail on the head!
Luckily for Vanessa she is surrounded by the wonderful men in my life, she's had influence from Pete, my brothers and my Father. My parents will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary next year. All is not lost because your Dad isn't there for you. FH listen to this song.... Cats in the Cradle by Harry Chapin.

Here's an idea, FH. Why don't you buy and serve homeless families Turkey dinners instead? Then you could get your publicity and actually do some good.

Wow, congratulations on your parents' 50th! My parents has 7 years before they reach their 50th. Isn't it great that despite of all the negative influences around us, we can always count on people who can turn it all around and give us hope and meaning?
That's why I try to surround myself with people who value the good, honest and worthwhile things in life, rather than the shallow, materialistic things that FH and LBM deem more significant.

So true. People with like values tend to find each other. And with Amused and FH, and with me and my ex-hubby, we had different values, so our marriages did not work. So I am glad the kids have Amused and Charlies and Evan have davecain (though I think he is to blame for some of the mess) so that they have a great shot in life. And I bet davecain's next wife will be a gem...he certainly owes that to the kids. (I think he's a bit of a catch so hopefully he will find the right lady)
For everyone celebrating their parents' 50th..have a great time and do it up right, esp. for your mom. We were planning ours when my mom died suddenly five months before their 50th.
On another note... I swear, in watching TommytubTube, I think FH and LBM should really be together. But then Moochelle is on the scene. Well, when all of that blows up, maybe FH and LBM will make a go of it as they really do have a lot in common. (Crap I sound juvenile)

Of course it was a dig, he's such a passive aggressive FH. My feelings aren't hurt. He knows what I know and I tried to help him. You can't fix something that wants to stay broken.
Yesterday Vanessa asked if they made medication to help her Dad with his lying. She asked him about his blob and why he told the lie about the party and he told her another lie. She said, "Mom he told another lie to cover up the first lie!" We looked at each other and burst out laughing. What could I say?!

Laura is one of those people that can't handle being alone. She has to be the center of attention.

Most women fall into the same relationship as their father had with their mother if nothing is said to that girl pointing out that there are issues with the father's behavior. Usually the mom, extended family and friends never point out the unhealthy aspects of the relationship. I don't think this is a problem for Vanessa. I think she is learning what not to look for her in a man as demonstrated by her dad. That being said it will be important for you Amused to watch her relationships in high school for any signs of mistreatment which of course I know you will. FH keeps writing how he doesn't want Vanessa to have any relationships with the opposite sex. What he should be writing about is his desire to see her in the right healthy relationships. It still makes me sick how he thinks its so cute for Eddie to have a girlfriend but it freaks him out when he thinks of Vanessa liking a boy. Not all boys are pigs like you, FH.

How about this...
14. Dip-sh*ttedness.
Oh god, Amused. I hope I did not offend you. I was worried about that when I wrote it. What I just meant was if those two messes got together then it would just be one large, yet contained mess. Contained to them so it wouldn't afflict others. But then it would not be good for Vanessa and Eddie. So, I am sorry Amused.
I also don't think he is over Amused and is trying hard (in rapid soap opera mode) to put together a good life. Deep down, he knows he blew it. He does seem to rush things....i.e. Laura is "fixed", the engagement, the zero to 60 on his walking/exercise regime. So Moochelle is pretty (most of the time, Mr. Ed) but I honestly have not heard one redeeming thing about her. So it's trophy wife.
As for church, like a recent joke on Letterman when Michael Vick said he found God, to which Letterman quipped,"God said for Vick to keep his name out of it." Maybe God wants FH to keep his name out of FH's blobs..

What he's doing is going through the motions, claiming a victory (in whatever, engagement, health regime, fixing LBM ... basically success and happiness in life) and then sort of doing the finish like the little gymastics girls do after completing a half-gainer-head-over-heels-cartwheel-back-hand-spring ... ta da! Then, he looks over to Amused, expecting her to be amazed, and thrilled and so very proud, and, of course, want him back right now!
The sad thing is he's all about appearances ... no substance whatsoever. How do I know this? I was married to someone exactly like FH ...
My FH eventually got therapy, and he's turned out to be not a bad guy (of course, nobody I'd ever want to be with again, but not a bad guy, and a better Dad than he ever was before).
Hopefully, FH will realize that you can't just read the Cliff Notes to life and then come up with a good result. You need to LIVE life and take the bad with the good and stick with it. Then (and only then) will you have the substance that will keep any good woman around.

Hi,
I have been reading the post for sometime now and finally signed up to join in. I am so impressed with how Amused is dealing with all she does and that she puts her children first and is such a great role model in the face of FH's constant and consistent lying.:puke:
I live in Park Village down the way from Tommy and I vote across the street from his house, I really don't understand why the neighborhood puts up with all the crap in front of his house.:smash:
Being the center of attention at any cost or anyone's cost seems to be the behavior pattern of most of the J&J show members these days. I usually listen to Dave, Shelly and Chainsaw now, but check in once and a while to 94.1 and it honestly gets stupdier and stupider all the time, it's like Junior High all day.
You all are so witty and clever, I just love to read your posts, I will work on being able to participate at the same level.:gle:
Just wanted to give props and shoutouts to Amused and let her know how proud we are of her and what a great job she is doing raising those kids.

I'm not a therapist, but I know with my ex, he was actually in crisis about something else and sought out therapy. I guess because he so needed help for himself, he was open to listening to the therapist, and it spilled over to how he related to others, especially our kids.
The only way FH will get help is if HE thinks he needs it. Perhaps at some point, he'll realize what he's lost and he'll get some help. I don't think LBM is there yet, because it seems she was forced on some level to seek out treatment. She'll go back out there, thinking she can drink and use like all her friends, and she'll lose even more than she already has. That's what most of the recovering alcoholics and addicts say ... they kept using until they hit their bottom. There has to be a desparation to change. It usually doesn't work if treatment is sought out to impress, win back, or appease someone else. The desire to heal and get better must come from the addict.
Narcissists like FH are usually immature, self involved, and unwilling to take responsibility for anything that happens in their lives. It's always happening "to" them ... and it's ALWAYS someone else's fault. Therapy doesn't work unless the person takes responsibility for their own lives and actually wants to change from within.
Unfortunately, it looks like FH has a long, long way to go, as does LBM.
Amused, your kids are lucky you're their mom. I know the seething anger I would feel at my ex when he would do something STUPID and leave the kids sad and crying. I SO wanted to take it out on him, but that never worked, as he would then turn himself into the victim, because I was "so mean." So I just was there for the kids, trying to explain that their father did love them, he just didn't know how to show it very well.

Okay Shello, take it back!
Can you even imagine if the kids or I have to deal with both of those losers FOREVER!!! Oh God help me! They already have a past and I'm surprised it's taken her this long to move in. Are you kidding, Michelle has it right under her nose and she doesn't even know it. But that's the type of guy he is. He always went after the wives of friends so that it wouldn't be obvious if they were together. H-E-L-L-O. There is so much that she needs to know. But karma's a b*tch so I guess they both have some bad karma to pay for figuring they found each other. LOL
What do you mean they have a past and that you are surprised it has taken her this long to move in?? Do you mean that Laura and Tummy have a past together? As in, they've been involved? Or am I completely misreading what you said?

Haha. Thanks :)
On a different note... Padres lost. They never should have had to play tonight but they put themselves in that situation. It came down to the bottom of the 13th inning with a play at home plate and it is so painfully obvious that the base runner did not touch the plate but he still got called safe on a delayed call. Our catcher went to tag him but he didn't because once he got the ball in his hand the ump called safe. I'm so sad.

That is so true. She is exactly the type that would get sucked into a cult.....but it would not be a heavily religious one like we might think. Rather it would be a cult consisting of a bunch of 25-45 y/o designer dressed folk(with expensive cars, accessories, plastic surgery and store bought kids) with a lot of disposable income. And they are seeking some kind of spritual leader whose beliefs fit into their "it's all about me" lifestyles. Is Kaballah like this?

If only it could be as simple for Dave
http://sandiego.cox.net/cci/entertainmentnews/national?_mode=view&_state=maximized&view=article&id=D8S17RJG0&_action=validatearticle
At the end of the article a divorce lawyer comments that children are removed from a household where the parent has been ordered to undergo drug testing. I personally think any parent who has completed rehab and doesn't live with their spouse, should only get supervised visitation (if any), until they have completed X amount of AA/NA meetings, counseling, and parenting classes and can prove they're fit to care for a child/children

I think what she is saying that Tommy has cheated with many women one of them being Laura. The same goes for Laura who sounds like has also been unfaithful to Dave on numerous occasions including a relationship with Tommy. Didn't a listener post on this board awhile back saying he/she saw Laura hanging all over some guy in a bar while partying and it WASN'T Dave? I remember seeing a post like that. :hehehmm: Tuesday October 2, 2007 11am: Well, I did something pretty foolish, but it had to happen and I'm glad I did, but it sure got me bummed out, but then again, it got me motivated and it got me to change my ways as of late. I blame what I am going to tell you on my fiance Michelle. SHE DID THIS TO ME!
Well, what I did was: I jumped on a scale on a full stomach! What I saw was a weight that I would of been proud of back in March and April, but it's OCTOBER! A part of me KNEW I had to see it for myself. I blame it on Michelle. We go out to eat and she snacks at midnight and she makes me stuff to eat right before bed! This is all her fault. :) (you know I'm kidding)......BUT IT IS HER FAULT!
It's funny, because I knew I was putting on a few as I was still working out! I still feel in great shape. BUT, I avoided a scale and thought I was "immune" to gaining a lot of weight since I always worked out hard, BUT it doesn't work that way.
I'm actually glad I jumped on the scale and saw what I weighed ON A FULL TUMMY too. I know if I weigh myself first thing tomorrow morning, it will be at least 3-4-5 pounds less, YES, I ATE THAT MUCH this morning. :) I BLAME IT ALL ON MICHELLE!
I met Michelle in early July when I was under 200 pounds and on my way to my best weight as an adult and I was in the best shape ever. Since that day I met my fiance, my weight has gone UP. I once read, you know when I couple or person is HAPPY AND IN LOVE because they put on weight, WELL, I'm here to tell you, I'm EXTREMELY FRICKIN HAPPY and EXTREMELY IN LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's funny how you can look in a mirror and know you're gaining weight, but it doesn't hit you over the head until you see the weight down between your feet on that scale. BELIEVE ME, I have a great scale here at home that is very accurate.
I get many emails from people thanking me for inspiring them to go out and exercise and to start losing weight. I'm here to tell you that it is easy to do and it's fun to workout and lose weight and it's just a good thing all around. BUT, we're all human and if you go back and forth and up and down, that's going to happen, but just catch it and start it up again and try not to go back into bad habits and certainly DON'T FALL IN LOVE IF YOU'RE TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT! :)
I put on LOVE POUNDS and NOW I'm determined to take them off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Blame it on Michelle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know how both of them can lose a lot of weight right away(especially Michelle). Break off the engagement! :lmfao:

Ok, first off, 3-5lbs of food for breakfast? Is that what he is admitting to? That is disgusting. What the hell does he eat? 3-5 lbs? What is that... a flat of eggs, a pound of bacon? I cannot fathom it. Second, FH, you aren't going to lose the weight of what you ate. It's a simple math equation of calories in vs calories out. I'm certain that you cannot burn off the sheer amount of calories that are in 3-5lbs of food (from one meal!) by taking a hike or going to yoga. Your daily allowence of calories is ~2000 and you probably ate 3x that for breakfast. Sure, you'll digest and whatnot, but the damage is done because your body absorbs all of the calories and just makes you more fat! The 3-5lbs less you will weigh tomorrow morning is due to water weight, nothing else. You are disgusting. Save some food for the rest of San Diego.
Hey Tommy... with a diet like that, your "love" isn't going to last as long as Paul and Linda's (gag). Not if you drop dead from a sudden myocardial infarction due to morbid obesity.

My two cents You don't have to believe A=D, but plenty of us have PMd with her off the record and know she is. Some have even met her in person thanks to this board. It's not about the street she grew up on, though I think that was the first verification of many. Read back thru the posts and she explains her decision to come back and share as openly as she can with us, keeping in mind she needs to be discreet because of her kids. (FH should be so selective with what he shares in cyberspace :disa: )

FH and LBM have no problem leaving the NA / AA dvd's running on the television all day and night for the kids to view. Vanessa complains that LBM is always sprawled out in the family room with a bag of chips and her 12 step video blaring on the big screen. NA / AA pamphlets littered in the cars and in the house. Why any child has to be a party to that is beyond me. I told my kids, "she is very ill" Can you imagine having to describe what drugs look like to protect your children while they are visiting their Dad? It's beyond me... the stupid decisions he makes to boost his ego to be a "really great guy". Hey FH, put your kids first and boot the addict. Why he allowed it is beyond me. Now he is seeing much less of his kids due to his own poor choices.
Yeah, it IS VERY strange that Laura is living there. From my outside perspective (since I don't know any of the parties) it seems nice that FH gave LBM a place to crash immediately after she left rehab as it sounds like her separation was a surprise to her. But, come on LBM! Get a backbone! Get a life!

Complain, complain, complain....boy Amused....you act like you had to go through this!
I've seen LBM -- "sprawled" is an appropriate verb. That much body can't "sit" or "lounge" -- it needs space, woman!
And chips are so bad? We do not remove our addictions, we replace them. Vodka out.....Trader Joe's Blue Corn Chips in. Yin-yang thing: can't lounge without chips.
The 12-step video and pamphlets....what are you complaining about!? Obviously, LBM and FH are part of D.A.R.E. -- they are merely teaching your kids (and her's) to "Just say no!"
And I certainly object to your labeling LBM as "very ill." It's clear she made a "mistake. She made "bad choices."
She is a victim of the insidious disease of addiction!
She didn't choose to drink...er...wait...she didn't choose to become addicted to drink.
She didn't choose to snort crystal meth...er...wait.....She didn't choose to to become addicted to crystal meth.....you get the point! How was LBM supposed to know booze and drugs are addicting? Sh*t, that's like asking her to realize Krispy Kremes are fattening.
(Apparently, THAT message hasn't sunk it either!)
It wasn't her decision to end a marriage while in rehab!!! She's a victim of an abandoning spouse!
And finally, Amused, maybe you could stop thinking of FH as a "bad dad," and see him for what he really is: A supporter of the needy and pathetic. (Moochelle-my-Belle, and LBM).
One can't be a "really great guy" without others to make it necessary.
Stop complaining Amused......you had FH and lost him....."'tis pity 'tis true, 'tis true, 'tis pity."
P.S.
 Serendipity is praise-worthy, no?

All LBM does is whine in self pity and that damn laugh makes one want to dive of the bridge. FH and the scale....yeah, he's been a great inspiration, yup..motivated a lot of folks. But where is he know, worse off than before. Mooch is his love. yep she is the same for him...not! She's has a plan. It's called $$$$$ and keeping her lifestyle in tact. She works in the courts and sees what goes on and how to play the game.
FH should do another weight challenge. If he loses he quits radio forever and moves to the North Pole (No offense Santa). If he achieves the weight, he gets to take Mooch and move out of the country to the land of misfit toys.
Vacations- Must be lovely to continue this vacation cycle. Soon, they'll be back on how great it was, etc.
I have an idea, on Halloween, we will dress up as Mooch, LBM, and FH drive to the street they live on and trick or treat..

Tuesday October 2, 2007 8pm: I just got back from Bikram Yoga! It was the 2nd night in a row Michelle and I did yoga! Please know I was just being silly about blaming Michelle about gaining a couple of pounds. It's totally cool and I am happy about it to be honest with you. WEIGHT is not an issue anymore with me like in the beginning because during this "journey" I found out so much about myself and life. Yes, losing a few pounds is always good and YES, I am on my way to losing some more weight, but there is nobody to blame about this and nothing to be ashamed of on my part. I gained a couple as I got to know my fiance and I have a belly to show how much STUFF we did over the last several weeks. NOW, it's time to get with the program again and lose my belly. THAT is where all my weight is my belly and my face. Everything else on me IS FINE. As a matter of fact, MY FRICKIN CALVES are bulging out big time. I saw my calves in the mirror today at yoga and I had to look twice to make sure they were mine. Michelle says I have great calves and YOU KNOW WHAT?------------I think I do! :)
I just had SASHIMI and some EDAMAME with Laura. Edamame with NO SALT! This afternoon I had a protein style burger from IN AND OUT that Michelle brought over for lunch. THAT'S what I had today. I'm not going to count what I had this morning because that was PRE-JUMPING ON THE SCALE "time" that I will forget about. THIS new journey began as I wrote the previous blog! I'm also only drinking WATER and nothing else. I'm on my way.
This morning when I jumped on the scale, I weighed exactly what I weighed in at on April 6th. I weigh ed in at 211. I was down to almost 190 when I met Michelle. 185 was and IS my dream weight. BUT, I weighed in this morning at 211 fresh out of Mcdonald's......So, I know tomorrow I will weigh less for sure. I won't eat anything for the rest of the night and then in the morning, I'm going for a walk.
I'm going to do this. MY FIRST GOAL is to break the 200 mark. I think I can do that very soon. THEN I would like to get back to 190 and then finally hit 185. WHEN I HIT THAT, then I can do a lot more stuff. AS in preparing MORE for my future and stuff like that. What that means is I'm trying to get to 185 for better rates on insurance and stuff like that. I actually have 6 years to get to 185 for those of you in the insurance business. BUT, I can do it by January for sure. :)
You know sometimes, I forget what this blog is really for. Sometimes, I think it's just a diary for myself. THEN, I think it's a recap of the show and stuff like that. Then, I think it's about relationships and sobriety. THEN, I realize, it's mostly about what can I do in my life to show YOU that you can lose a couple of pounds by just eating better and working out. THEN, I think THIS BLOG is about it all. Geez, I just confused myself even more. :) What is this blog about?
I'm on a high right now! I really am. LOOKING AND SEEING MY WEIGHT THIS MORNING was a blessing. It brought me back to a place that I was moving away from little by little.
I always say I'm fat and chubby. Even if I ever get to be skinny, I will always say I'm chubby. I don't think I will ever want to say I am skinny. It's just me. Just like I say I'm from Chula Vista even though I live in PQ. My heart's in Chula Vista and my soul is CHUBBY. :)
Well, I think I'm back! I'm back where I want to be "in a work out state of mind" and in a "eating state of mind"....I found that place again and it's cool to be here.
One thing that is different than before is the fact that I know that I gained back a couple of pounds. BUT, when I look in the mirror today, I see a person that is happy and is okay with it. NOW, if you ask me how I felt on March 6th when I looked in the mirror, then I would say: I was embarrased and lost and didn't know what to do.
SO, in 7 months I learned there is MORE to working out than just trying to lose a few pounds. When you workout and eat right, YOU FIND SO MUCH more about yourself and the weight is way down on the list!

Quote FHs blog: "What is this blog about?"
omg, how frightening this blob is. all about him, his weight, his self-image, ego ego ego. He is really one sick puppy, or really high on something when he writes crap like this. Or both.

Good thing huh FH? Get a clue stupid. Eating right is NOT starving yourself and depriving yourself by eating only handfuls of almonds and edamame. That's why you can't maintain the weight loss, if you really had any. Ever heard of moderation? Not constantly stuffing your pie hole? Maybe actually cooking something for a change? What about steamed veggies, skinless chicken breast, fish???? Ever heard of that stuff??? People can actually eat a satisfying amount of GOOD food and actually be able to eat the occasional piece of cake or candy and maintain a healthy weight. But of course, BIG DEALS know nothing about moderation huh? And that's why you are and always will be FAT!!!

I can't help but wonder... why doesn't Jeff, Jer, or Clear Channel step in and put a stop to this FH/LBM/blobs/diaries/tummytube fiasco? Are they prepping FH & Laura for the sequel to J&J?

That ENTIRE station is a train wreck including their leader! I called and tried to have him contained by their GM but as you can see he doesn't have any control over his staff. Your employees are only as good as their leader, that isn't saying much for the Star staff is it? :dead:

I'm just shocked that he is still involved w/Becky's house with his record. I'm also shocked he didn't end up rescueing (sp?) and marrying someone from there.
And lastely, Amused, I admire your sense of humor. You never come across bitter, angry or witchy. You seem to make the best out of a lousy ex. Cheers to you.

Why does he keep referring to his weight gain as "a few pounds?" IF he did weigh 190 when he met Mooch and he's back up to 211 now, that is 21 lbs. 21 lbs since JULY. I still maintain that he's never been 190 or even close to 200 since he started his "journey."

TJ, I kinda like him too. Why, way back when he was between wives, I'm certain he looked directly at me while I was listening to the fellow demonstrate those overpriced blenders he is so fond of. I know, I know. It's something I am trying to work through.
But I now kinda like JOHN BELMONT. But to maintain cattiness, I must point out how the side of his mouth droops. I'm afraid he's going to have or has had a mini stroke.
Anyone able to contribute pictures of Jeff's OTHER Brother? You know, the one who goes to see "...Whitney Houston!!!"
Rowdy, no Belmont is not the gay brother. I can't remember his name, but I think he's a hairstylist in Detroit(?)

John Belmont looks like a cross between Tony Soprano and George from Seinfield.
Not that there is anything wrong with that :naughty:

The brother that is a hairstylist is named Don. I think his salon is in Westland, Michigan. Currently googling to see if I can find anything else...

"I just love the energy in the room. It's like some wicked morning show mojo you feel the minute you walk in. I came back from BFD as fired up about my show as I've ever been! Just be sure to leave your attractive cohost at home! (Is it true that BFD means Brides For Detrow...?)"T.K. Townsend, B97.5 | Knoxville
Ha - I found this while searching images for "Detrow"...Guess this must have been Krusten's partner back in Knoxville.
The original website is for some seminar that DJ's go to to plan their "bits". Oh joy.

Ok, how can we meet up without posting the info on here where Fat A$$ can see it and come stalk us and write down our IP addresses and weights? I already know what Jake and Boris look like in my imagination, and I'm sure that you all have me pictured as the drop-dead-gorgeous-Big-Deal that I am. We could go to a Mensa convention; surely we'd be safe there because there is no way on earth anyone from the Spewgram could pass as smart. I'm not an organizer, but if some smarty on here figures out how to organize a meet-up, let me know!
