Hi Everyone! I hope and wish that all of my fellow DC'ers had a nice safe Holiday and got what they wished for!
I've been running in 20 different directions for well over 2 weeks with moving from my home of 20+ years to a new home while trying to keep it stable, comfortable and christmassy for my 7 y/o son and have finally been able to take a breather (after Cox got me connected) to catch up here and there on the numerous pages of chat! (Bye OKODM...it was nice being neighbors but we'll catch up again! )
Couple of things I would like to take a moment to comment on...
1. I loved all the stories of parents, grandparents etc who influenced our lives. Made me stop and think about people, family and friends that are long gone and gave me a nice smile
2. Moochie: I know you're still reading but refraining from posting. Please stop and assess your relationship. There are some warning signs that will scream at you...if you just ask yourself...try this test: http://www.okcupid.com/tests/take
3. Boris...you are just SOOOOO bad (but i love it!)
4. Jake: What can I say? Can I buy you dinner? (and a nice scotch on the rocks)
5. SDG: We need to go out sometime and have fun! You're a doll.
Everyone...have a safe and joyous New Years and let's make 2008 the best ever

By mistake, some anonymous stranger put three Target Gift CARDs thru our door mail slot. They are for people we don't know (we know all our neighbors). We've lived at this house for decades. They must have had the wrong street.http://exarteproductions.com/phpBB/images/smiles/074.gif (javascript:emoticon(':smt074'))
I just thought I'd share this since it uses the word of the day.
If you'd like I'd gladly accept a Target GIFT CARD. LOL...

OMG people...I'm about to loose my mind, what do you when you have a co-worker who makes all the rules because the boss doesn't care? My co-worker is driving me insane...she comes in late, leaves early, pawns her shifts on other people, decides the day before her shift she is going to take the day off, then bitches to other co-workers when I cant promise to come in because my Uncle died and I wanted to see if my family needed my moral support...she is selfish, inconsiderate, and only EVER thinking of herself.
She is pissed cause she has to work all day tomorrow by herself because I have a funeral to attend...as if I want to go to a funeral...if given the choice I'd rather work then have to say goodbye to a family member...I'm so irritated...my other co-workers are...we say something the boss doesn't care...what am I to do? Im about to go off on someone....ugh...any suggestions would be nice...sorry I just needed to vent...and I really just touched the tip of the iceberg...

If it were me, I'd send an email to the boss and CC the co worker. Tell him that you will be out on Saturday to attend the funeral of a family member and that you appreciate that the company is so understanding in this tough time.
I'd also ask him (her?) in the email to define what YOUR work hours are and let him (her) know that you do your best to accommodate other people's last minute requests, but you can't always do that. Also ask for the policy for switching schedules, leaving early, late arrivals etc IN WRITING for clarification. In fact, I'd copy all of the "supervisors" to cover yourself.
Then, take tomorrow off and be with your family. They need you FAR more.
I'm so sorry for your loss :(

Sheeny.. ask the bi*c*y if she would like one of her family members to die after being ill for a long time & she should go to the funeral service instead of you..does she have a heart or a brain? Tell her you would trade places with her in a heartbeat but then it sounds like she wouldn't give a damm anyway..

I can only guess that this is a small, family type business? Does your boss have a boss?
Does part of your job include covering someone else's shift? Are you getting paid overtime? Is she getting paid for shifts she's not working? Does she have regular access to money, checks, or the accounting books?
Sorry, lots of questions. But I'm a former auditor, and all my alarm bells are ringing on this chick.

Laura's Diary, March 6th, 2007
"Dear Diary,
Forgive me for this will be short. I will fill you in on all the great and scary details tomorrow. I am going on absolutely no sleep because I was worried sick about Charlie all night. He was rushed to the hospital yesterday afternoon after he ran full-force into flag pole at school. An ambulance came to the school and strapped him down to a board! Holy cow! He seems perfectly fine, but wow, all I kept thinking was "SWELLING OF THE BRAIN SWELLING OF THE BRAIN," so I was awake listening to every little tiny noise last night.
My day started off great yesterday because I won 200 bucks on a 2 dollar scratcher. I was going to take the kids to Toys R Us for a fun shopping spree. That didn't happen because Charlie got injured.
Anyway, I will tell you more tomorrow, Diary. All's well so far today, except for my head!"
Okay, bored to death so I've been re-reading some of these through the filter of what we've been hearing over the past nine months.
"He ran full-force into a flag-pole at school."
Have you ever seen a flag-pole on the playground? Aren't they out in front of a school? Near a driveway?
And how peculiar, after the "SWELLING ON THE BRAIN," comment, comes they, "Hey, I won $200 on a scratcher!"
How bizarre is that?
It's like Jackie Kennedy's diary reading: "After the shock of the rifle fire, I thought, "Damn! I liked this pink outfit -- it fits me so well!'"
It ends with yet, another strange comment:
"All's well so far today, except for my head!"
I thought Charlie's head was the one hitting the flagpole?
Then came the famous March 9, 2007 entry:
"Dear Diary,
Just wanted to let you all know that I am fine...just been really sick. I will be back soon. Charlie is doing fine too! Thanks for all your emails and concern.
See you, diary"
Funny how the "We're more than a radio show, you're more than an audience -- we are family" showgram has refused to come clean with any aspect of what happened outside what we already knew: LBM was a spending lunatic who partied at the Lamplighter on a regular basis and had serious on-air, congestion and sinus-sniffling issues for years.

Jake, thanks so much for posting Laura's diary entries... yep, the writing was on the wall early on and continued for so long! It would be very interesting to know what went on behind the scenes at the Spewgram while her addictions were so obvious.
Today I punched in the station while in my car, and lo and behold, Jer(k) was again spitting out his boob AKA list. How many times do we have to hear this??? Do they think it's funny? Relevant? Creative? Or that their audience is so stupid or immature they laugh every time it's repeated? Grow up and act your age, J&J (oops, maybe if they acted their chronological age they'd have no listeners at all... except maybe me since I'm one of the aged DC members)
And now we wait for them to come back "live" so it will be more entertaining? Give me a break. At least then we'll have more drama to write about here...back to the purpose of this site.

Well, there's that option too. In fact I like it a whole lot more but somehow I think that it will not create harmony and peace...lol (someone hug a tree please?).
Simply by leaving. Love it.

I've seen mention of a lot of you having pets, and I have a dilemma. For Christmas my 2 oldest kids got puppies...
No advice but I just wanted to say that I'm *insanely* jealous of your kids!!! I would love having a dog, and we were going to be getting one that was just born a few weeks ago (we were on the list before the mom was even bred) but we backed out when we found out I was pregnant, since we knew the baby and the puppy would come home very close to the same time. I can't handle two babies! So jealous!!

I am still trying to figure Conceptis out. I think she may have been very transparent a while back and then took flak when she was found out.
But this post today almost seems like someone else logged in and wrote it for her. P'haps they figured out her password. Seems odd.

I, Conceptis, hereby agree that in the spirit of the holidays and in just being a good neighbor will not post anything negative about certain parties of the showgram here again. I further agree to promote the showgram as what it truly is: Innovative, inspirational, spiritual (even to animals), cutting edge, top notch, at the peak of brilliance, and most of all an excellently produced show, in fact the best in all of San Diego.
Conceptis, wasn't this apology you posted earlier in the holiday season good enough for them? Sheisk, sorry they caught on to your real ID, but do you honestly care that they are upset with you? Perhaps you are a neighbor who has to keep the peace or something. Oh well, I hope they don't make you apologize yet again. Do they make you swear on the Bible as you type your post? Does FH hold you hostage by threatening to sit on you or make you smell the blue shirt he wears everyday? Farewell, Conceptis. :wavey2:

Well maybe I need to further explain the situation. I haven't gone to my boss because he had a stroke a week ago and has been doing half days at work in his recovery process..we don't do email at work so I'd have to go directly to him and in the scheme of things I just feel like I'd be burdening him given what he's been through this past week and I just don't feel like he needs the added stress.
Yest. after I posted that one post more stuff happened...she was rearranging our set schedules...what part of set schedules needs to be arranged? oh...the parts where she is too lazy to come into work or stay a full shift...She told my other co-worker that our boss said to make the schedules and to leave me and my other co-worker out of it because we bitch too much....which is really funny because my boss and I have never communicated...he's only been my boss for about a month and he's never even acknowledged that he is indeed my boss...so I don't know how he would know I'm bitching given the fact I have never talked to him...
I am ready to go to his boss who is the general manager of my work but everyone is telling me to hold off...my whole thought process is that if she doesn't want to work her set schedule she was given when she started 3 months ago then she needs to find a job with flexible hours. I just am appalled that someone who has only worked at my establishment for 3 months is making her own rules and stuff and I've worked there for 4 years and have never complained or tried to pawn my hours off on other people so I can spend a day with my boyfriend because he was gone out of town for barely a week, or take his birthday off, or leave early because I just don't like my job enough to stay the whole shift, or come in late because I have hair, nail, and whatever other types of appointments. I've always stuck to my shifts...ugh my work establishment is ran horribly sometimes...I guess I just have higher work ethics than most people so it really irritates me. If I weren't moving so soon I'd just go look for another job but until then I just have to put up with this stuff...anyways I also wish I weren't such a push over and could say no to people...me not wanting to piss anyone off doesn't really help the situation.

If one were to share private message information, it should be done in a way that disguises the source to an extent. no direct "secret informant told me XXX" and if someone calls you on a source, you do what the papers do, say it is a reliable source, who spoke on condition of anonymity. and it wouldn't hurt to toss in some kind of left curve...like "A red headed freckled informant" when the ACTUAL informant was a blonde, non-freckled person.
I will offer what I said to Conceptis before...reregister with a new name.
And Moochie, baby. why in the name of Methusela would anyone FORCE a person to apologize here over and over...and control their comings and goings like that? IF it is you doing this to whomever be Conceptis, you, my dear, are a raging control freak. If it is your beloved social experiment/project/fame-train wanna be FH, well, open your eyes. This person has serious control issues. IF you don't want to be swallowed up and be nothing more than a dangling ornament on his arm...get out, get out fast. And get your kids out of his reach, as well.

I say,"Go for it." Didn't she even put her street name by her DC member name in the line that says location ? She was thinly veiled on this board. Or, GirlfromOR you can just send/not send the info to me. No one will know as I will never tell.

I was wondering about the origin of Conceptis. Catholic? Latin? It seemed like an unusual moniker, so I googled it and discovered that it is the name of a puzzle website. Hhmmmmmm.
As for the freeloading coworker: document, document, document. You will need some ammunition when she turns on you and goes to your infirm boss. She won't have any compunctions about bothering him.
Changing topics completely: I just watched a piece on the local NBC news that featured a woman who created scarves for people undergoing cancer treatment. The wearer applied hair extensions to the inside of the scarf for a cooler version of a wig. Why is my brain thinking that I heard about these on this board? Does anyone else remember?

RecoveringLstner,
Welcome to the world of bassets...I don't know what is going on, I ended up with a "free Basset" as well... but back about mid-Octoberish, I adopted one from a lady on Craigslist...Bailey. Bailey had already been through three homes, and the lady who put her up had an older one already, and the older one was being mean to Bailey....so she checked out the four or five people who responded, and we were the lucky winners. She's such a doll...but they do need lots and lots of exercise. All I can say is wear them out during the day, or they WILL be up all nite.
They should settle into your routine shortly...it just takes patience and working them to your schedule.
She's (thankfully) nearly a year old. My first puppy venture. Ohmylordie.
There is a meetup on January 12th at the dog park over by mesa college at 11:00...if you survive that long, there are some great people there who really know pups.
Bailey sleeps in bed with my daughter...but up til about this last week, she had to get up at about 3:00 or so to make a necessary trip outside.
ohmygosh. I can't imagine the mass puppy type destruction you are in for with two of them. Nothing like furniture, but things like shoes, etc. We pretty much use her for breaking down cardboard boxes for recycling....but they are so cute, aren't they? I wish I could take in another one.

sheens, do you think the boss really thinks you are a "bitcher?" if so, it sounds like a good time to find a new job. On the other hand, if this boss is only aware of what this creep has been telling him, Maybe a move to push her out is in order? Document document document, as mentioned before, but maybe it should be mentioned that she clearly needs more flexibility in her schedule than is possible. How long has she been there, and do you think the boss thinks she is doing a good job?

This is an excellent idea for gathering info, but please don't take your puppies to a dog park until they have had ALL their puppy shots. Parvo and other horrible diseases that puppies don't have immunity from are out there and there is no need to subject your babies to that....
The rule of thumb that I go with is only socialize your pups with dogs that you KNOW have had their vaccinations and are healthy, at least until they have all their shots.
We need pictures of the puppies - and do they still have puppy breath?????

Why apologize over and over. You really didn't say anything horrible.
Why was Moochie all over Conceptis and Amused any way? They were simply offering her insight on XXXFH. It sounds like Moochie is jealous of Amused and the money that FH gives her. Is it cutting into your share of the jackpot Mooch?

I am ready to go to his boss who is the general manager of my work but everyone is telling me to hold off...
You need to speak to the General Manager as soon as possible about the situation.
You do not have to throw anyone under the bus, just explain that you need to have the supervisory situation clarified. That your schedule has been adjusted without proper authority, and you feel you are being penalized for having a death in the family.

GirlfromOR, normally I'd say no to sharing PM'd information publicly, but I think everyone would agree to an exception in this case.
Didn't she even put her street name by her DC member name in the line that says location?
Oh, do share! I saw it at the time but I don't remember what it said.
He was rushed to the hospital yesterday afternoon after he ran full-force into flag pole at school. An ambulance came to the school and strapped him down to a board!
Too bad you had to hear all this second hand since you were whacked out and nowhere to be found, thus leading to your immediate spiral into the legal system and into rehab.

We are just minutes from joining the "we have a new puppy" group. We are leaving shortly to get our Xmas Black Lab. Something that my husband has wanted for months. Wish me luck. I am a "cat person" and a "neat freak". Fortunately, he is on the same page with me for the training of the new puppy. Now if we could just get SIL [who will be spending much time with puppy] in on "our" program.
And OneKidOneDogMom is right on waiting to take the puppy around others. My husband almost lost a dog to Parvo thanks to Dog Beach.

sheens, do you think the boss really thinks you are a "bitcher?" if so, it sounds like a good time to find a new job. On the other hand, if this boss is only aware of what this creep has been telling him, Maybe a move to push her out is in order? Document document document, as mentioned before, but maybe it should be mentioned that she clearly needs more flexibility in her schedule than is possible. How long has she been there, and do you think the boss thinks she is doing a good job?
well i dont see how i could be a bitcher considering him and I never talk she he would be basing this on whatever my co-worker is saying....the only reason im at my job is cause im moving within the next month to another state so no reason to look for a new job in my current state for such a small amount of time. He just doesnt really care about what we do and now that hes had a stroke i think he would probably care even less since he has his health to worry about. She has only been at my work for about 3 months. And I have no idea if he thinks she does a good job but its just not me who is fed up with her...people are just too afraid to speak up...ugh....oh well I guess i just need to suck it up and hope i leave this state soon.

Are we allowed to share PM'ed info? I've got some interesting stuff about Conceptis and the FH connection. It really makes NO sense, but it's about how/why Conceptis was called out by FH, and about how he came to know who she is.
Ordinarily, I'd say no. But these people are such monumental control freaks, I suggest we teach them a lesson.
And much as they would LOVE to think that they control us, they don't. They may control their families and their friends (and goldigging fiances), but they don't control us.
I'm thinking that Conceptis has something to do with the education of Moochie's son (maybe she's a teacher - but she's involved in his education, probably his day-to-day life) - I'm sure that Mooch strongarmed her into "apologizing" - whatever.

OneKid...you have a point about the puppies...actually, pups under about 6 months are probably too young to hang with the dogs at a park anyway...my girl is still spooked by the older dogs. AS you say, good for gathering info...some really knowledgable folks about the breed are there...
and as far as the CAPITAL M Mooch and her beau of FH proportions...he who hasn't figured out if she is a male or female, since he still calls her his "fiance;" if she were to stoop to threatening someone on a public message board, she is sadder and less of a kind, sharing and open person than she would like to believe.

On the puppy note. I went insane when my now-4-year-old daughter was 2 and I wanted a dog. We went to Balboa Park one day and FOCAS (Friends of County Animal Shelters) was having an event with lots of dogs available for adoption. Just walking around them made me remember my daughter's infancy and how much work it was. I didn't want to do that again (though I now have a 16 month old son).
I think dogs are awesome, but I also think people underestimate the amount of work required to keep a dog healthy and happy.

It's a story

pax ~ I agree with you on the work required to keep a dog [or a cat or any animal] healthy and happy. We have waited six months since we lost our last dog to get this one. We have a FIV+/diabetic cat in the house plus SIL's cat. I would have TONS of animals, if I had the time and the money. For us, we keep it to what we can give the time and care to and can afford.

Good luck! I'm a huge Black Lab fan, and I'm very jealous.
The first weekend in May, we attempted to adopt a black lab puppy from the San Diego ASPCA. It didn't work out. (They wouldn't adopt to us because Mrs. Alpinemaps doesn't stay home during the day - I kid you not).
Mrs. Alpinemaps and I had a realization this weekend. She's 36 weeks pregnant as of tomorrow. We realized that she was about 3 days pregnant when we went to adopt the dog. It all worked out for the best, because I can't imagine having to deal with a young dog *and* a newborn at the same time!

Can someone really invade one's privacy if that someone is a local radio personality with BDC aka Big Deal Complex. And when that Big Deal voluntarily shares info to the public that would/could allow the public to know pertinent info about them - is that invading privacy? What about seeking out and dating public figures like Junior Seau, Michael Tuck and TOmmy Sablan?
Good points, Shello. People make the decision to give up a lot of their privacy when they become or are associated with "Big Deals."

I am an attorney in El Cajon and I represent Tommy Sablan and Michelle Neuenswander. I have been reading what you posted on the Gotapex forums, including personal information about Ms. Neuenswander and her children. I am prepared to file an invasion of privacy lawsuit against you on behalf of Ms. Neuenswander, but you can avoid litigation if the following conditions are met:
(1) My clients want to know your identity without having to subpoena the information from Gotapex; (2) My clients want a public apology posted on this website; (3) My clients want removal of all of your postings with their personal that I will outline below and removal of Michelle's street name for your profile; and (4) My clients want no further postings online by you about Michelle or any of the her children.
If you comply with the conditions above, Michelle is prepared to give you a full release of any monetary claims she and her children might have against you. We are not asking for money, just for you to respect their privacy by not posting their personal information. You can reach me at (619) 448-2129 to discuss this matter further.

1) What kind of Attorney PM's a demand letter on behalf of his client. Especially when his client knows who Conceptis is (as evidenced by FH's blog) and where she lives (she said she gave her street address in her profile). This is not professional. I would think that it would come by certified mail, return recipt requested, whatever.
2) Why doesn't the attorney give his name and the law firm that he works for? The phone number is for a law firm, but that doesn't mean anything. They could have pulled it from the white pages.
3) What laws has Conceptis broken?
I think Michelle wrote this. Or Conceptis wrote this. Maybe they are the same person. My theory is that FH hopes that a rumor about a lawyer will make us shut up and stop posting the truth about him. I wonder if this has anything to do w/ him no longer blogging.

Looks like Michelle got a lawyer friend to legally bully her neighbor.
I wonder if her boss, the Judge, knows that she is using her position to unduly influence and harass someone? Not to mention allowing an unauthorized person access into a restricted building after-hours?

Hey, just google this clown of a lawyer's name....you can see pix of HIS family and he and his wife and daughter (does he not know it's not a good idea to post young kids' pictures on the internet where ANYONE can see them?) and they went to Jingle Ball, and woweee got their pix taken there. I bet Tommy got them extra prints in exchange for his letter.
He is also a failed politician...ran for office in what, 2004?
Conceptis, if you are around...if these people KNEW who you were, why would they use a message board to send you the message? they would have sent it via mail, unless, of course, the lawyer and client were arguing over who would pay the delivery service...no, wait...who would pay for the postage stamp.
So I wonder, what would happen if this lawyer's office started getting a boatload of phonecalls (please do this from phones which cannot be traced back to you) asking what kind of scare tactics these were? And maybe USD ought to hear about the kind of sleazoids they are graduating...assuming he really DID graduate from USD, and didn't, as so many folks in DC tried at one time...but then when they got called on the carpet, it was more like "maybe I took a weekend clinic there..." or "My secretary made a mistake in typing my vitae...I really only drove BY that campus, I didnt' actually attend that school...."
Methinks Moochie is friends with this guy's wife. Take a look at the pix they have posted of themselves...she looks like Moochie's type... AND their daughter's name is Michelle...again, right there, for all the world to see. no SECRETS in that family, eh?\
p.s. I was going to continue to be obtuse about this, but since someone else posted the whole PM, it's out in the open now!
We can only expect to hear Tommy shilling this guy's "services" right there with King Stahlman, soon!!!

Further (that's my attempt at sounding lawyerly), any reputable attorney would refer to his clients as Mr. Sablan and Ms. Whatever her name is...not as Tommy and Michelle. I also have never seen a letter written by an attorney worded "my clients" so many times. Most of the time, they say "we".
Also, posting links to individual entries isn't kosher. A "real" case would require printouts, hard copies, of the offending entries for proof. Now that they've been deleted, there is absolutely NO proof of anything whatsoever, so if in the future, "Conceptis" bugs the snot out of them again, they have no recourse.
It's a scam. I agree with whomever said that Moochie wrote this. She thinks that we're all idiots. We learned from Sunnie. Fool us once, shame on you. Fool us twice? Won't happen.

Very interesting reading! I can just visualize FH, Mooch, the lawyer, paralegals, and the rest spending days reading the hundred+ pages of the DC blog. I would bet that no matter what they all believed about FH, LBM, etc.. when they began, their opinion must have changed for the worst. There is just too much evidence provided in other public forums (the Spewgram, Star website, FH blogs)that we discuss here for anyone to continue believing the drivel they hand us every day. you know I just finished taking a media law class and they really don't have a case against conceptis. the only way they would have a case is if the information she posted was false and she shared the information knowing it was false. If the information such as Moochie's address was in fact true then thats not a case. If somebody really wanted to know Moochie's address all they have to do is look in the phone book and really now-a-days if they are a private number and address you can pay $19.95 online to get that information....I really dont think this is an invasion of privacy case like they are trying to claim...and Im pretty sure you can only subpeona a person if you have a case going through trial and they do not...I think whoever emailed conceptis tried to scare her with a few legal terms. I would almost go on a limb and say this is illegal. Im not sure...I know we have someone on our board who can answer this....QA what do you know?

Hey, just google this clown of a lawyer's name....you can see pix of HIS family and he and his wife and daughter (does he not know it's not a good idea to post young kids' pictures on the internet where ANYONE can see them?)
How dumb is that? He's got pictures of his daughter in her pjs opening her Christmas gifts. Why do people post photos like this on the internet? Haven't we learned enough about pedophiles to know better than to do stuff like that?
Whatever - apparently FH's friends are no smarter than he is. I'm sure this lawyer is going to be thrilled to have been sucked into the FH and Moochie dysfunctionpalooza.

Ok Im dissecting this some more...it beats packing...so I looked up invasion of privacy and according to the constitution law center website its defined as this
Invasion of Privacy.--Governmental power to protect the privacy interests of its citizens by penalizing publication or authorizing causes of action for publication implicates directly First Amendment rights. Privacy is a concept composed of several aspects.160 As a tort concept, it embraces at least four branches of protected interests: protection from unreasonable intrusion upon one's seclusion, from appropriation of one's name or likeness, from unreasonable publicity given to one's private life, and from publicity which unreasonably places one in a false light before the public.161
Which if I remember correctly you can only sue publications who invade your privacy...and even if Moochie could press charges she again has to provve that conceptis was knowingly giving out information that was false...you have to prove that and its almost impossible to prove...and really in this situation the information is correct so that is not even a case of invasion of privacy. And was Conceptis ever talking about Tommy or Moochie in a negative aspect? Even if she was she is protected under the first amendment and the information she would have to be sharing would have to again be completely wrong...Im sorry but due to her relationship she is a public figure, as much as it probably sucks you have to expect criticism good or bad and information to be given out that doesnt reflect you in a good manner...its life...I look at it this way...
they cant sue conceptis for posting Moochie's address that isnt invasion of privacy, if it was don't you think every single celebrity would sue because their addresses are posted in those hollywood maps? Invasion of privacy is more like hiding in bushes to take pictures of someone...if Moochie wanted to even try and procceed with this case I think can sue more for false light but still its really not a case.
You also cannot demand somebody from not posting on a forum...at least I dont think...Im so annoyed by this letter and I still dont get why a bankruptcy attorney would handle this situation.
Granted without the media law class I took if I had recieved an email I probably would have freaked out too but if you know the laws or know someone who knows the laws then it'd be apparent this is Tommy and Moochie attempting to scare you...what possibly could happen...Tommy is going to find out who you are and come over and sit on you for punishment?
Plus given tommy's history it would almost be safe to say that he would start harassing conceptis...assuming she is a real person.
I just cant believe there are so many loosers who get online to mess with people, talk about needing a life.

I think Conceptis is someone from the showgram, and they're playing this little staged charade to try and get us all afraid of the big, bad, fat Guamanian wolf. The one thing they would love is for us to just go away. So, why not scare someone (or let US think they scared someone).
We're still not buying any of it, FH. Like Judge Judy says, even on your smartest day, you'll never be as smart as us.

removal of Michelle's street name for your profile
Technically, conceptis was posting her own address. No one on that street gets exclusive use of the name.
If you comply with the conditions above, Michelle is prepared to give you a full release of any monetary claims she and her children might have against you.
This is quite possibily extortion.

I am an attorney. For various reasons I'm not going to provide legal advice or specific analysis on these issues, but would like to clarify some misinformation. Here are some general statements of the relevant areas of law as I understand them.
The right of privacy is a broad concept, which encompasses both federal and state law. What was quoted on the constitutional law center website is likely a broad generalization of the status of federal law, not necessarily California law. The issue of posting on message boards is fairly recent and I do not believe the law in this area has been fully developed.
The issue of defamation (libel or slander) is well established in California. Courts have ruled in the past that truth is an absolute defense to a defamation action.
Additionally, the professional rules of conduct for attorneys generally prohibit a lawyer from threatening criminal action in order to gain leverage in a civil matter.
Subpoenas can be issued by an attorney, as they are officers of the court. A trial is not necessary in order to issue a subpoena. Subpoenas can be issued for a number of things, including production of documents. Subpoenas are not limited to compelling courtroom testimony.
The California State Bar performs a background check for each applicant prior to admission to the bar. This includes verifying where an applicant went to school.
I hope this clarifies the issue a little. I am not trying to be cryptic in my response, but, as an attorney, I am bound by certain rules which regulate providing legal advice. Please don't be offended if I cannot offer anything further on these issues. What I have posted here is not offered as specific legal advice, I just want you all to be careful when reading "legal" information provided by websites. The law is often more complex than these websites suggest.

One of the reasons Tubby bothered me so much was that he that he talked excessively about his life in a way that made it obvious that he had some serious issues. He seemed to be using his children in an inappropriate way, for his own ego. He posted where he lived, what they did for afterschool activities, where they would be every weekend. Moochie was put in he this position by his actions not ours! Everyone on this board has always had the childrens best interest. If Moochie did not want her children to be talked about then she should have taken her SECRET blog off line. And this GEEK (have you seen his yahoo blog....he takes pictures of the pine needles that fell off his tree????) of an attorney is just blowing hot air. I would recommend he remove the pictures of his young daughter off the internet....what an idiot.

That has gotten me to thinking...p'haps FH is feeling like some sort of spiritual leader as he has, in the last few months, spoken of god and praying for mean people. Do you think he sees himself in that role seeing as he frequently leads all his walker friends up the hill? Ya know, maybe he wants to be thought of as a Father Joe.

Question for CattyChathy: is it defamation if a person posts or says true things about another person? What about if what is said is true and not in a negative light? I thought slander and libel had to do with making up false information... is that true?

I found some appropriate definitions, and created a new name!
Moot - Of no legal significance.
Shell - A company or corporation with few or no assets or independent operations that is acquired by another company in order to allow the acquiring company to conduct business under the acquired company's legitimate legal standing.
MootShell should be her name, playing the radio fame name game.

I've been December-crazy but just wanted to catch up...
Here's the deal: Jerry's contract is up September of 2009. The remaining members of this trainwreck are tap dancing to keep people listening and to prove that they're still viable (thus, a bunch of crap on thier website so that they can show management the number of hits). The problem is, they quit entertaining us about the time that Jerry lost interest and Rick Moorton left to go to afternoons and took his ideas with him. Now, everyone knows that Tummy is a lying, cheating, narcissistic a$$. Laura is a whiny, "victim" (why, oh why would davecain leave wonderful me when all I did was do our life savings in drugs, endanger my children, jeopordize my career(?) and never want to grow up??) Jeff is tired...where he used to be quick and witty. Nothing left...
I have a story about Tummy that I can't tell because then he would DEFINITELY know who I am and I don't want his "thought police" threatening me or my family. But, as God is my witness, Tummy is a self-serving, lying jerk. Once the Jeff and Jer spewgram becomes "The Jeff and Jokers Showgram" it will quickly fall off the airwaves...then you can watch "MootShell" (I LOVE THAT!!) find her next high profile meal ticket...she won't stay with a "has-been".

A lot of us can just say "This is my personal opinion, not my professional opinion..." and go on from there. Even a doctor, asked for casual advice at a dinner party doesn't have to add the introductory chapter of qualifiers. As an individual, you also have personal opinions, not based on offering legal advice.

I would not communicate with anyone through a PM for professional matter, nor do I know any attorneys who have done so. Attorneys do communicate by email (just like the rest of the world), but, generally, something as formal as a demand letter is not done through such informal means.
To whoever asked the question about defamation, truth is an absolute defense. For example, if a tabloid published information about a celebrity which was false, the celebrity could bring a defamation suit. However, if the information published was proven to be true, the celebrity would have no remedy.

Just wanted to share my Moochie sighting earlier today (4:15pm). She was in the "15 items or less" checkout at Von's in PQ. I was also leaving and simply watched her for a few minutes. She loaded her car (just one bag from Von's), may have gone to the Hallmark store before Von's (she was parked in front of Hallmark and it looked like she was shuffling a Hallmark bag around in her trunk with the Von's bag). As I went to put my cart back, I could see that she was inside her car, fixing her makeup and then her hair with hairspray flying around the inside of the car. She was wearing a warm-up suit. It was definitely Moochie because the license plate on her Ford (which I wrote down, but am too nervous to divulge here) was personalized with something to do with court reporting.
So, obviously I'm assuming she was on her way to see XXX (no, I didn't follow her...) Whatever is going on with them is anybody's guess! No blaaaagggbbb from FH for so long...

(1) My clients want to know your identity without having to subpoena the information from Gotapex; Tommy already told us that they know who she is, AND Mootshell confirmed that when she visited here. I cannot believe the amount of pictures of their family (Moms, Dads, Sister, KIDS!!!) that they have out there on their Flickr account. Doesn't seem to be too smart for someone with an advanced college degree.

Thanks for all the laughs today my DC pals. Here's my 2 cents worth -- I think Conceptis is really a neighbor of MootShell (love that name) and that she felt nervous and intimidated by that post by the unprofessional, unethical lawyer pal of M/FH. In hindsight it's probably easy for Conceptis to see what a farce that stupid letter was, but it probably would be a bit unnerving to feel "stalked" by spewgram henchmen and bullies.
Hi Mooch and Fat Arse, listen up -- we are not afraid of you. We number more than you. My sister and brother-in-law are lawyers, and if you don't stop bugging us on this board, I'm going to get them BOTH to send you empty threats via instant message. They don't practice law in this country, but they have the same legal clout as your goofy blog-a-holic idiot lawyer pal.

You may be right SDReadHead... but why would she put her address in a (public) profile on a message board? It doesn't make sense. If I'm actively posting on a message board dedicated to hating my neighbor's boyfriend, I definitely won't make myself known! I might say that I live in the same neighborhood but I wouldn't put my address down. Of course, I wouldn't do that anyways because who knows what kind of creepy people are out there.

Hi...i've only posted a few times but can I have a number too?
my 2 cents...
seems quite strange that a genuine lawyer would conduct any business through a private message, at least an email would be more believable. Also as someone mentioned earlier, the amount of typos is ridiculous for a lawyer, which leads me to believe it wasn't written by the actual lawyer himself and instead someone else who was just using (with permission) this lawyer's name so as to appear official. Either way, there is an actual lawyer involved and it is regarding Mootshell and her offspring and things that were said about them.

Maybe FH went to a fat farm "rehab" or joined "The Biggest Loser" - either way, it would be good for his waistline. Or, he's camped out at Souplantation. I'm sure he'll have quite a tale to tell when he returns from his foodapalooza holiday. Remember, he starts his diet Jan 2 (and Jan 3, Jan 4, Jan 5......) DRAMA!
Looks like our buddy the big-time PMing attorney checked in on us yesterday - I'm sure he's scrubbing his Flickr account right now - probably a good idea for the safety of his daughter - there are so many pedophiles out there just waiting to prey on kids. Honestly, I don't know what people are thinking when they make all of their private information (and boring information, FH) available to people they don't know. I don't have children, but if I did, only my friends and family would see my pictures.

LUV2BE: My heart goes out to you and your family. My Mom passed on New Years Day, and it's always a bittersweet holiday for me. My brother died at age 21 of leukemia, and it's always especially heartwrenching when we lose someone at such a young age. I was 7 when he died, and I still miss him every day (my Mom too). But, they're always with you, in your heart.
Apparently, you don't need to have your own law degree, you can borrow one from a friend or a church-member. I'd like to be the chief of thoracic medicine at UCSD - guess I need to go to some more cocktail parties.
Hey, on our little DRAMA club here - we're almost at 1.3M visits - do we think FH's blog has that many visits - I think NOT - try that on for size, Clear Channel. If LBM and FH weren't off eating and drinking and would have been blobbing, we'd have surpassed the 1.3M by now. They gave our fingers a much-needed holiday, I guess.

I'm sure the morning "crew" is working on some great new bits for the New Year on their time off.....they're probably on the phone with their DJ friends around the country trying to steal some of their bits.
Crank-pot will tell us all about his travels in Europe - like the Europeans need any more arrogance on their continent. Jeff will try to convert us with some new bible-crap he's read about. FH and LBM - they'll have their usual train-wreck crap to tell us about. Randy: Well, he'll just giggle endlessly in the background - that's his contribution to the showgram. Our only hope is on Delana.

You KNOW she's never spent a sober new year just hanging out with her family, right?
Hey Laura! If you want some good old fashioned family fun, swing by Santee to my house! It'll be my husband, daughter, and myself, having a fire ring in the driveway and perhaps hubby will light a few sparklers for us!

You don't need an invite, SDGirl! Just hire MootShell's lawyer to track down SDChick's house. Remember, FH can find anyone on this board anytime he wants to!
On the note of *sniff* -- this is the first year since we've had kids that both of our kiddos have other plans for NYEve. Our son is with cousins and our daughter has a sleepover invite. Oh for the good old days when we'd set the clocks 3 hours ahead and put Times Square on the telly and pretend it was midnight. The past few years they've had parties at our house. I had to work today, but thankfully I was in out of the office and didn't have to put up with the DRAMA queen [can you say nepotism].
Happy New Year's to all. My husband says we will be up at midnite [new puppy and all, it will give us something to do] right, I am sure I will wake up at 11:57PM like every other year, kiss him and wish him a Happy New Years and roll back over.
Oh and BTW, I am late on this, but to answer the question "What kind of laywer accepts PayPal for payments?", Answer - One that sends demand letters via PM on internet boards!
And in the longshot that JNJ end next year, I am completely confident that this thread and this wonderful DC group will continue for many years.

I don't think we'll hear from Carl until Wednesday - his website said that he'll be at Disneyland.
The only thing his blog doesn't tell us is how regular he is and how much fiber it takes to keep him that way. Otherwise, I feel like I know him better than some family members.

yeah thats just wayyyy to much info....we should not know that Carl is going to be at disneyland until Wednesday or whatever day...thats just odd...Im convinced if these Tommy's and Carls of the world continue exposing so much information something is going to happen to a family member....you dont do that, not on the internet, especially if your a Lawyer...obviously Law School does not teach you common sense...then again neither does Media School...

Goodness! I finally made my way back home and I come back to this crazy DRAMA!
As the "other" legal person around here, I hearby second all that CattyChatty says about defamation and all that. I do find it very unprofessional that he PMed Conceptis...but from looking at the website, I'm not surprised either. If everything Conceptis said was true, Conceptis has nothing to worry about in terms of legal action....
My 2 cents on it though...while it's easy for US to say that we're not scared of FH and Moochie, if FH truly knows who Conceptis is...that is scary. We know what he's done to Amused...Conceptis is probably freaked out now, and probably rightly so, because of FH's past. I wouldn't be surprised if he went knocking at the house repeatedly and threatened Conceptis and called and all that aggressively abusive stuff he's already pulled in the past. So while legally Conceptis will be fine, FH may try to find other recourses to "get even."
P.S. I'm sad I didn't get to see my invisible friends when I was in SD! :(

Thanks for chiming in on the legal stuff - yeah, if I was Conceptis I would be more worried about the stalker side of XXXL than any lawyer/paralegal "Super Duo" he could sic on him/her.
And as one of the Invisible Crew, I am sad that we didn't get to meet up, too! The holidays are so full of activities and STUFF that time just slipped away. I sure hope you enjoyed your time here in San Diego and loved being with your "real" friends and family.

I’ve enjoyed the last few pages. I find it unbelievable that anyone would be frightened by a letter from a “lawyer” about the thread. (That said, I find it unbelievable anyone would be frightened by a real lawyer)
Just months ago, some piece of crap mom and her smaller piece of crap daughter, pretend to be an 18-year-old boy named “Josh” who strikes up a friendship with a 13-year-old girl named Megan.
They eventually turn on her with cruel ridicule, tell her the world would be better off with out her – and she, having already been treated for depression, proceeds to kill herself.
This occurred in St. Charles County Missouri, and prosecutor Jack Banas said that while he understands the public outrage over Megan Meier's death, he could not find statutes allowing him to charge anyone in the case. No one can be charged?!?!?
And we’re supposed to believe some toad and his money-chasing, bleached-blonde, self-absorbed toadette have a case against a poster on a Drama thread? And they put forth this case though a PM on the thread?
I’d fear FH as far as I could throw him.
The charater "Conceptis" is a fraud or a fool -- or both.

Again... Conceptis knows about FH's history just like the rest of us but willingly put her ADDRESS in her blog on purpose to start some kind of game w/ FH&M. I don't understand why a person would willingly lure a bear into their camp. I'm not saying she deserves to be stalked or whatever, but she sort of invited him into her life.

Yikes, I could only manage to lift and throw that fat arse about 2 feet. I'm taller than he (who isn't???), but he outweighs me by probably 100 lbs. (That's if you subtract his magic math from the equation and base your numbers on his fat frame and pudge-filled face).

Conceptis is not afraid of any of these people because she IS one of these people. Go back to her first posts here. She was immediately tagged as one of them. She then tried hard to convince us she wasn't. She got some attention for a while with people calling her out, and I believe she bickered with Jake a little, and lost. Her next ploy for attention was being mentioned in Tommy's blog. That died down and then Michelle shows up and calls her out again. I don't buy for one second that she's not a part of that group if not ACTUALLY Tommy or Michelle. They are trying to create drama where there is none. All in all, she's just looking for attention because she stopped getting it from us for a while.

2008 Predictions for J & J:
1. Jeff and his wife donate their foster baby to a needy couple and then proceed to adopt all the children of Darfur. In a deeply repetitive explanation, that takes almost 6 minutes more than necessary, Jeff explains to the listeners, that he is moved to doing this because the words of the woman from “Save-All-The-Children-From-Darfur” echoed in his head. Plus, God told him this would serve mankind. (And Bob Bolinger told him the 35+ white, female demographic that makes up 90% of their listening audience, loves men who help kids.)
2. Jerry donates $10 million dollars to the “Create-a-Humane-Habitat-for-Chickens-Who-Will-Be-Barbequed-by-the-Fourth-of-July” Foundation. (He also donates money to the “Treating-Animals-As-Voyeuristic-Objects-Rather-Than-Living-Creatures” Foundation, also known as, the San Francisco Zoo.)
3. Laura decides her life is all about her “babies.” She also decides to change her attitude toward her unforgiving-“you-said-for-better-or-worse”-I-hate-you-but-I-am-in-a-better-place-if-I-don’t-write-the-truth-in-my-diaries-so-people-will-think-I-am-growing-in-my-recovery, soon to be ex-husband.
4. Randy will eat at Jimmy’s and go to Disneyland. [Jake, if living Randy’s life, would prefer to shove a six-inch replica of the Empire State building into his own eye socket.]
5. Delana will cash her paychecks, shake her head, make polite comments about the freaks she works with, and hurry off to 95.7 each day.
6. Finally, Tommy will remind us Jeff and Jer have been on the air in San Diego for 20 years, 12,346 times. He will wax nostalgic until we puke. He will continue to be disingenuous about every aspect of life. And, best of all he will alternate blogs every other month and flip-flop between:
A. It is good to exercise and eat fresh fruits and vegetables because it makes him proud and feel in control. And,
B. Who cares about weight when family and friends are what really counts. So, he’s gained a few pounds (okay, 62) ….what matters is the happy feeling he gets when he consumes “Outback Steakhouse Aussie Cheese Fries with Ranch Dressing” ( with only 2,900 calories and 182 g fat)
Finally, drama thread pals will continue to enjoy sharing laughs and moving in and out of both serious, and humorous conversations.
Oh, at a level of wit quite above the aforementioned, "we-should-have-moved-on-a-decade-ago-but-we're-so-blatantly-over-paid-how-can-we-give-up-all-this-jack-simply-because-our-original-ideas-ended-in-1998?" duo.

I am willing to ring in the new. I wrote last Sat. night about a dog that my husband and I returned to his home late at night after we found him in our front yard.
Little did I know then that in 2 short days our own dog would be in the doggie ICU with life threatening anemia. Her diagnosis, after ultrasounds, xrays, bone marrow biopsy, a blood transfusion and lots of drugs is either auto-immune disorder or bone marrow cancer. We will find out on Wed. We have our girl home with us tonight and she is being treated like a princess.
So with all of the DC's that received puppies for Christmas, continue to do "good deeds" and hug your pups tight. You never know when they may need it more than ever.
Thanks for the post Jake- we are ready to ring in the new...hopefully new health!!

Don't know why I care but I am curious to know what Laura is doing tonight. I remember my first sober New Years (19 1/2 years ago!). I paced the floors, bored and anxious, and finally went to bed a bit depressed and grumpy because I felt like I was "missing all the fun". That first one is the most difficult... I hope for her sake that she planned ahead.
BTW...the next morning after that first sober New Year's Eve I got up at 6:00 a.m. feeling GREAT and walked 5 miles at the bay. It was the ultimate high!
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYBODY!!!

GirlfromOR, gastric bypass is definitely something I could see XXXL doing....I would rather that be the reason he hasn't blagh-ed in two weeks than other possibilities (troubles with Rosa, etc.)

He's too much of a wimp to get bypass surgery. Besides, he wouldn't be able to eat his beloved crap food after GBS. He's such a big deal, I'm sure he paid someone to have it for him.
It's probably a good thing Laura moved out if he did get it - she'd be ALL OVER his liquid vicodin.....goes down smooth - great with a vodka chaser.

uh....talk about "dating our flaws"...it was 1988!!!!
Partied down with Doobie Bros., Marshall Tucker, Allman Bros., Jimmy Buffet... woke up one evening with my young child staring at me wondering why I asleep on the couch (can you say PASSED OUT!!???!!) and realized I had to freaking grow up! Didn't want to...wasn't easy. But I did. I guess that's why LBM REALLY bugs me...I learned very early in my sobriety that blaming anyone else was not going to solve MY problem...and that, sad as it made me, I had to change my life. No more tailgate parties, no more beer barbecues, no more tequila shooters at Foggy's Notion (Yep, I'm THAT old!...but ever so cute!)
But, on the happy side, I own my own business, I exercise like crazy and my 26+ year marriage is AWESOME!
It doesn't appear that LBM has changed much. Yes, she goes to meetings and repeats what she's "supposed" to say...but she still craves attention and still wants to be young forever and wants to be her kids' friend. I hate hearing stories about how Charlie acts like the grown up...a very typical by-product of having an alcoholic parent. Causes lots of problems when that parent NEVER grows up.
Anyway, to those of you who CAN party...I raise my glass of diet coke and toast to all of us! Don't drink and drive. Be safe.

I really wish he would come and visit. I have some questions about how his diet is coming along...if he is using FH's mathematical formula, things should be going great.
And now that we all know he is at Disneyland for an extended period of time, who's taking care of the yappy pooch? We really need some answers.
I conjecture that FH is getting a lap band put in place. He'll be eating almonds and sushi again, and we may be getting more info than we really want about how this all digests.

You may have something on the lapband - that's an easier surgery than GBS, but you can gain it back because you can cheat with it, if you're crafty enough. But, we all know that FH isn't that crafty.
I'm so sad about that poor K9 police dog that died because of some idiot who, once again, decided they wanted to die, and took someone (or something) with them. People - if you want to die - GO FOR IT - we're not going to stop you - the world could do with less psychos. But quit taking people, children and dogs with you. Welcome mnguy, feel free to create your personal signature using the numbers 181. They are the same backwards, forwards, and upside down.
On another note. I went mtn biking with the family this morning in PQ canyon. I really thought I saw someone that resembled his fatness (XXXL) riding toward me from the opposite direction. Of course he wasn't wearing a helmet (if it even was him), probably because his head was so Fat! It looked like him, but I couldn't do the double glance, to be sure.
So, if FH wants to blog about riding in Penasquitos Canyon on NYD, you read about it here, first. No helmet, dumb, dumb, dumb. Sort of like having sex w/o a condom. "I'll be careful." But, having the fat head, perhaps helmets are hard to find in XXXL. I think it all must have been a mirage, the absence of blogs and radio have made me see his image.
And, no, I didn't have a hangover and was seeing double or anything like that. I was asleep before 10 last night. Went for a nice long hike on New Year's Eve day. Exercise is first on my list of fun things to do with the family.
Have a great 2008 my invisipeeps! I'll keep giving out numbers upon request. And I don't plan to remove anyone from the list, that would probably require a court order or something legal. I just like to mathematically increase our group size.
Oh, one thing more, in my long post, was Carl Jr (listed as II in his name, I say we call him Carl Jr) in the TummyTube Christmas Carol/Surprise Party/Bench Gift? I don't want to investigate that, but if anyone remembers or cares to review, provide any results, please.

I just went and watched (what I could stand to watch) of the TubbyTube Cowles Mountain Bench episode. Oy.
I couldn't pick out Carl Jr. or his wife, but with the video quality as poor as it still is...well, pretty impossible to identify someone unless they were front and center.
I wish someone would give the person filming TubbyTube a tripod - it sure would make watching the trainwreck a whole lot easier.

Ok, I have been dying to say this: what? you couldn't pick out Carl's wife in the tube pix? How many OTHER women have faces that can't move, and only can barely smile?

Well, all the women I noticed had long hair and she has short hair and a rather large forehead....
But then, I got caught up in all the bad videography and maybe didn't look close enough. Please don't make me watch it again....please!

Happy New Year DC friends! A year ago I had no idea this place even existed, much less to find it was chock full of people as tired of the J&J spewgram as I was. Love you all!! Except the posers...(that's what we used to call them in high school...)

On behalf of all of the DC Charter members, welcome to all of the newbies!
We use a lot of code words and initials here, and in order for you to keep up, I thought I'd provide a list translating it! Feel free to add to the list. We've done this before, but it's been a while, and we have a lot of new folks!
DC= Drama Club (that's us)
IF= Invisible Friends (that's also us)
LBM= Laura Bugs Me
FH= Fat Head (Tommy, Tubsy, Sir Tubsalot, Tubby...)*
JERK= Jer
Sunnie= A former DC member who pulled a nasty hoax (her screen name here was SurfinTexan)
Moochelle, Moochie, MootShell = Michelle, Tubsy's "fiance"
* Out of respect to LaDanian Tomlinson, Tommy is NEVER referred to as "LT". San Diego has one LT already, and we're all very proud of him!!

Actually, this thread goes back to when J&J were on 100.7, and it's good to see some of the original DC members are still posting (and many more lurking, I'm sure).
Add: To "Pull a Dilbert (or DB)" means to post a stupid or redundant statement/inquiry. But it's ok if you say that you're aware you might be doing it.
Happy New Year, everyone! ;)

[QUOTE=PRINTER]uh....talk about "dating our flaws"...it was 1988!!!!
Thanks for all of the invisible hugs for our dog- we all need them!
PRINTER- you are so right about LBM. Anyone can talk the talk but walking the walk is very different. Craving attention and not getting attention= trying to mask the pain= rehab and a loss of stability in life. I truly wish her the best in her "program" but would also like to see her walk the 12-step walk.

Do any of you live close enough to PQ to take a peek at the Casa del Sablan to see what vehicles are around? Wonder if LBM is still in residence or if they're all on vacation...???
I find it definitely WEIRD that XXXL (another name for the Tubby One) has not blahgged in two weeks.
And are they supposed to be back at work tomorrow or not until next Monday? Anyone know?

[I][QUOTE=PRINTER].....I truly wish her the best in her "program" but would also like to see her walk the 12-step walk.
I've often wondered about the 12-step walk. It's like a secret club that only a few can join.
I'm not complaining -- in fact, I support the 12-step program by focusing on the first step: Drinking alot.
I also support Un-wed mothers.
I try to help them get started.
(When I was in college I attending Pro-choice rallies cause I figured...those chicks put out...)
HA! HA! HA! You FOOLS!!!!
For one year I've been posting as "Jake" but now reveal...I am Little Tommy Sablan!!!!
Facial!!!
I've nailed your pathetic thread!!!
And you thought I was "hiding" because I wasn't posting my blogs....LOSERS!!!
