Component to 3-Way speakers

I'm replacing the factory speakers in my 1996 Jetta with some 3-way. There is a tweeter in the dash and a 6 1/2 in the door as well as separate components in the back. Does anyone know if and where the crossovers are located? Any other information that would make the installation go smoother would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
