I hope it's as good as you people say it is. I paid an extra $25 for a two year warranty.

My mother has a 4 year old Kenmore which does an excellent job, After I get it, I want to take it to her house and see what she thinks.

I'm telling you. It's the best thing that can happen to your carpet. I've had it for a year and it's really good. I brought it to Durham and used it on the brand new carpet in my apartment and the first time it got a ton of lint (understandable for new carpet). The second time it got even more. It's really a good deal.

I keep telling everyone...buy it at Costco. This way if it takes a dive, you will get your full money back. No need to buy an extended warranty. Its brand new, not a refurb, and cheaper than most places for a new dyson.

We have had our Animal for over a year and absolutely love it. I have converted more people to Dyson than I care to admit. Even seemingly clean carpets let go off a huge amount of dirt/dust/gross stuff.

It really is all it's cracked up to be. Powerful, easy to carry and use, great accessory wand. Well worth the price.
