I love AMEX! When I lost my card last year, I had a temporary replacement overnighted free of charge.
Now more recently, I had signed up to GLOBAT to try out as a host. I couldnt get through to cancel within the 30days, a few times their phone system hung up on me.
Signed online, disputed the charge, and I now have a letter confirming they found in favor of me :)
