I wasn't sure what to expect at the NOPI race in Atco, NJ. All I can say is that I am amazed at what these guys are getting out of 4 cylinder and a few 6 cylinder motors.
Although I only saw a few cars run, (because of the rain), I have great respect for them. There was a car that went 192 and 7.8 in a quarter mile. Of course, they are turbocharged, but the size of the engines and the amount of power that they can squeeze out of them is tremendous.
NASCAR and ProStock cars could learn something from these guys. I can't wait till next year!
