My father is a dentist and he purchased direct (Buy 1 get 1 free) I know you may not need 2 but you can Ebay it off and come out ahead or even. I don't know how much they are now, but my dad bought 2 for 79.99 with 4 extra attachments, that way our whole family can share...
I remember him saying something about a web purchase site but it has been a few years...
EBay Sonicare Search (http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?MfcISAPICommand=GetResult&ht=1&SortProperty=MetaEndSort&query=sonicare)
Talk to your dentist!

In the Seattle area, some dentists will sell to you the Sonicare at their cost (~50) which is quite a bit lower than what you'd get at Sam's Club/etc. I don't know if your dentist has such a deal for you because Sonicare is based in the Seattle area and so may have better rapport with some of the dentists locally.

Thanks people. I'll give my friendly neighborhood dentist a buzz.
