what are some good prices for scsi burners? preferably an 8x one. i'm not sure which brands are the best also. can someone give me some insight on this? and do scsi cards come with the burner?
any help is appreciated :)

Well I don't know about prices too much on burners lately. (I've been happy with my plextor 8/20 scsi for the last year or so). Anyhow, for scsi plextor is the only brand to buy from period. And you can get drives that come with scsi cards, but they are usually not that great cards. But if you don't have money to buy a $250 adaptec 39160 card. . . then just go for the packaged deal. It should be fine until you want to add a scsi hard drive.

try hypermicro.com
they usually have pretty good prices on stuff. i got a couple of things from there too. all they sell is scsi hardware and they send their stuff fast!
